I was incredibly frustrated with another floral shop after not being able to come in and pick a floral arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. I went to schnucks to see what they had in the case and the supply was very limited. I decided to build my own arrangement. The employee at the floral counter was incredibly helpful. She was so nice and helped me gather everything that I needed, including the container, floral oasis, and a sympathy card pick. After two other florists had made this experience awful, I was so thankful that she was willing to help. I know she'll never see it, but my grandmother would have loved the arrangement I built.

I had originally contacted about conflicting hours listed online. I was informed that they were not letting people in the store due to Covid-19, which is understandable, but my family was just in the store yesterday picking funeral floral arrangements. I was then informed that if it was for a funeral, they do let people come in. Even after being told this, I was still unable to go in to pick an arrangement. I didn't understand why I was told one thing and then told no. The lady on the phone was very nice, but because I wanted a small arrangement and not a casket spray or a stand arrangement, I'm assuming my money wasn't good enough. I was able to go elsewhere and build a beautiful arrangement.
