Great place and great customer service. Yogurt was really good, better than ice cream. The best! They have both dairy and vegan options. Nice for friends and family. Price was very fair. Good dog yogurt treats too for you pup. Place was the cleanest yogurt store I've been to. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculously expensive! 3 yogurts were $44!! The kids both complained that the yogurt didn't taste good. Waste of money, we will never be back. read more

First off I want to say how cute this store is!!!! It's every girls dream room!!! Love the Sanrio / hello kitty like esthetic! I had never been inside before I received a call from Ann, an employee. She found my son's wallet and went above and beyond to locate my information online to reach out to me!!!! Absolutely the most caring , honest , and kind person!!! Please go in and see Ann and tip her well ! Karma ! Thanks read more

So creamy and tasty !! I was very impressed with the flavors. Fresh toppings. I recommend the salted caramel pretzel. Many vegan non-dairy options along a variety of topping and sauce options. They have cake pops and other dessert and treats. They even have frozen puppy yogurt for dogs! Very delicious and very cute aesthetic. Very good service and ambiance. Fairly priced. I have been to other frozen yogurt shops but this one is our new froyo spot. The place was clean and had cute floor and walls. Staff was pleasant and they greeted us, which is something simple yet welcoming. There is a cute flower wall with bright neon signs so you can take pictures. This place is not only tasty but very pretty and has great aesthetic. If you're looking for a sweet spot this is the place to bring in your family and friends. Much more unique compared to other regular scooped ice cream shops and much cheaper. My family and I prefer to pick out on stuff. Will be back! read more

We came in and were a little bummed that they had signs posted everywhere NO SAMPLES but we ended up not even getting yogurt because there was no one tending to the store at all we called out to see if anyone was there with no response we could hear two people talking in the back but they made no effort to come out and attend to their customers we ended up walking out and going to Baskin-Robbins instead and had a great experience there I really hope the situation changes before it's to late and the current employees turn off all of their customers and they end up closing read more

I went in this evening and bought 4 yogurts with almost no toppings, ( because there were hardly any to choose from) and we weighed our yogurt like normal but when i saw the price i nearly gasped. $67 for four yogurts. The girl working was sweet, it's not her fault, but geez i have never experienced paying nearly $70 for some frozen yogurt. read more

Prices are way too high for the lack of selection of frozen yogurts that they have. We used to love coming here but sadly won't be back. Almost $30 for two frozen yogurts. read more

This is place is horrible, new owners must not care about business. More than half the flavors were not working. Went to get coconut yogurt, liquid came out. The selection for toppings is the smallest I've ever seen. Also, toppings were low, messy and weird assortment. The price is way expensive, paid $25 for 2. I've never paid that much for frozen yogurt. Will not ever return or recommend. By the look of the place could be a shell business. read more

This is my first time in a while going to the wildomar location because I would go to the Murrieta location before it closed down :( I saw alot of bad reviews so I thought let me go check it out for myself and build my own opinion, from the start I walked in a young man came and greeted me and it was pleasant I love how they have a lot of fruit options along with dairy! The costumer service was immaculate & all of my questions were getting answered, all toppings are fresh so I'm unsure why people are saying they're stale ? This is my experience just saying They had a coupon from may but now have extended it till September 30th! Just got my coupon today, the young lady as well at the register was very helpful and very nice! 10/10 for service along with the young man. Adding on, they now close @9:15 PM so you have enough time I appreciated the small conversation I was able to have with both worker's you can tell they're very dedicated and hard working The shop was very clean, obviously the floor may be a bit dirty but that is through-out the day they informed me that they do not mop during the day as many people come in & out but they do clean the machines frequently! The outside & inside as well! Fresh , fresh is what I can say!! My best advice is listen to the reviews if you want bad or good but come inside and check it out to build your own experience , also I seen someone say they don't offer spoons in a review ? I was given spoon's... haha Anyways great experience The atmosphere was beautiful, the vibe was great! Great selection of toppings, sauces, even fruits & jelly yummmm read more

The girl who was working on 2/4/24 at 6pm, had an asinine attitude, didn't speak to anybody in my family when checking out . no thank you, didn't offer spoons, not a single word. Adding in she didn't even repeat how much our order was, not a single word. We had spilled something yet cleaned it up completely, all the while the girl behind the register was scoffing and rolling her eyes- prior to us checking out. horrible experience and this girl needs to be spoken to by an executive in the company. read more

Unsanitary and Dirty. Bad watered down yogurt. Angry employee was incredibly annoyed because she had to come out of the back so we could pay. No spoons. $20 for 2 yogurts. Stale toppings. Yogurt turned into water by the time we drove less than a mile home to get spoons. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. They are lying. read more

Everything is empty and when I said something he said he's cleaning it all. The frozen yogurt that I picked came out liquidity. I would think when you open the door and say you're open that everything should be available for the customer since you're charging so much for it. read more

If I can give zero stars, I would. This is for the Murrieta location that used to be Xtreme Yogurt. The quality of the yogurt is not good and comes out a bit watery. You can taste ice, and the fruit was off, not good at all. It was my first time here, I barely got any yogurt, just a very small amount like 3oz worth and my daughter got a bit more it came out to 18 dollars and change I was surprised I didn't see how much they charge per ounce, but by looking at the reviews someone mentioned 69 cents per ounce and their total also seemed high. Is their scale off? That just seems expensive for two people and I barely got anything I added a little bit of mango pieces and it was not good off color mine was bad and my daughter took one bite and could not take another bite it was watery and no flavor at all very bad quality yogurt with a weird taste doesn't taste like actual frozen yogurt. So I immediately took it back and it was a struggle to get my money back asking me question after question...what was wrong I told her we did not prefer it, the fruit was off and I had to show her two pieces one was off color a Grey color not enough for her and had to show her the fruit I spit out on the napkin to feel believed and I had to answer more questions what flavor was it that she didn't like..she had a sample...keep in mind a sample of what she didn't get.. I had to say that it was a sample of something else and still asking another question until I said why does it matter I'm the customer and my first time here there shouldn't be an issue to refund my money. She had to take more of my time and call the owner or manager to let them know and see if I could get a refund. This is not ok, and to top it off, I got sent my refund receipt, and in the notes, she had to have the last word as though I'm not being accurate about the fruit.. the fruit I got was awful and hard and tasted off that I spit it out. One shouldn't keep grilling a customer poor business practice and then keep them waiting to make a phone call. Should have just said sorry for the experience and not waste my time and issued me my refund. I will never go back. ( If I went next door to Starbucks, my total would be less, that says a lot) So not worth your money not good and extremely pricey, go to Menchies and they issue deals and it's good yogurt! read more

Terrible, went here after having pizza with our daughter. Been here a handful of times when it was a a different frozen yogurt place (it's been a couple different places in the 6 years I've lived here) there were maybe 3-4 flavors working. 3 machines weren't working. One looked as if it was working but nothing came out. It was soupy when coming out. I got the fruity flavors which seemed to be better than the vanilla/chocolate flavors my husband got. He said his had no flavor and tasted like ice. Toppings were limited. No fresh fruit to put on top. Definitely won't be back. read more

Well, it hasn't made me sick like the last time I had Extreme Frozen yogurt did, and the flavors were pretty on point though cookies & cream was a little weird. Only 3 stars because their website says "No artificial flavors" but Dole pineapple soft serve mix uses artificial flavors, this says to me they aren't actually vetting the ingredients in their mix. I don't care if flavors & colors are artificial or not, but if they are overlooking (or failing to disclose) something as easily verified as this then what else about their claims are untrue? I'll revise the rating up if they revise their website *and* disclose ingredient lists for all the stuff they are putting in their machines. read more

My kids and I used to come here frequently when it was Xtreme Frozen Yogurt and we all loved it! Wow has it changed! Several of the flavors were missing, like the machines weren't even there. I think they had maybe 5 working flavors and they all seemed soupy when they dispensed. When I went up to pay, the total was $19!! For only two yogurts! And I barely filled mine up. Such a rip off! And the decor is a little over the top. Pink, neon, and fake flowers everywhere! My son was like, what the heck is this?? Will not be going back. read more

This place is the worst. It's SO expensive compared to Menchies or any other place around town. But worse is the actual yogurt. It's gross and the flavors aren't even good. The yogurt itself is very fake tasting. Also they clearly aren't putting their high prices into their toppings. Fake Oreos, fake Reese's. No thanks. It looks like an 8 year old girls room threw up in here. Over the top. Skip the fake flowers and put your money into quality ingredients. There's my unsolicited advice. I'll be boycotting this place and crossing my fingers someone else takes ownership and fixes all the things wrong with this scam of a place. read more

Bought 3 yogurts for the kids last night.. almost costing $40! Super expensive. Kids complained about their ice cream not tasting good.. toppings were stale. This morning 3 kids with upset stomachs. The youngest child threw up in the middle of the night. Looked at recent reviews all stating the same experience. Save your money and wait for new ownership. read more

A friend and I went in on Oct 20 around 4:15. Frozen yogurt itself taste good, the vibe in there is cute. But everything was gross. Toppings needed to be wiped down, restocked and fresh. Trash was left out and we set our cup down on a counter and when we picked it back up the cup was dirty. The girl behind the counter had airpods in and just stared at us. read more

This place was very expensive for yogurt and did not have many options in terms of yogurt flavors and toppings. I would not recommend at all

this is quite frankly the WORST froyo place i've ever been. first of all they don't let you do samples. and then i got BARELY ANY froyo with no toppings and it was $8, like WHAT?! then my husband who barely got any either was $15. so in total we spent $23 on barely any yogurt. do NOT go here unless you want waste money read more

Kindly mentioned to the employee there was a cockroach next to the trash can. She thanked me, then for the 45 minutes we spent eating our yogurt never cleaned it up or seemed concerned with it. Cute atmosphere, kind service. Yogurt was soupy and tasted old. 1 star for the cockroach. read more

First of all I want to say.... Tart is one of the most delicious flavors so creamy, with a touch of sweetness! The environment in this shop is really nice, I love the stuffed animals & the rose bears and other rose items you can buy(such as unicorns, snoopy & more) The marble floors give it such a nice touch! But besides that they added this new flavor called very berry and it's so refreshing never had yogurt like this before! There are a variety of flavors to choose from which are all good! Ranging from vanilla, chocolate, tart, cake batter, cookies and creme, very berry and watermelon! All yummy and tasty. You guys should definitely give this place a try! 5 stars for me - ALSO even a better thing they give free samples if you ask in the front! The young man who is there working in the front is so helpful! Customer service is always on point read more

To start, the woman working (one of the owners) was incredibly friendly and literally brightened my day. All smiles, apologetic about the very slight mess a group of kiddos caused. She offered us a stack of sample cups even though we said we only came to check the place out. The froyo was AMAZING. I had been getting tired of the fake taste of the frozen yogurt near my house, and immediately wanted to take home a bucket of this. Not only that, but my family member who is lactose intolerant had 3 vegan options that actually tasted delicious. This is such a big deal! It's disheartening seeing that so many places overlook having good lactose free options, but Very Berry Yogurt was totally on top of it. Somehow they even had better toppings here than at other places. I could taste the bit of graham crumble on the cheesecake bites, there were chunks of red velvet cake (amazing with the vanilla and marshmallow fluff). The array of sauces was so cool too-- límon, chamoy, agave, the fluff, etc. The decor is top tier!! I was shocked to see the reviews on Yelp were so low. I would definitely pay the extra charge and drive all the way out here again for this delicious treat 100/10 read more

Flavors were horrible. The first time I went, but figured I'd give it another chance since it's the only one in my area. Both of the open sign that they had they were on and it was only 7 PM and on every single app it says that the store was open. I waited at the door, as it was locked, and three employees looked at me and went into the back without acknowledging me being there. I will not be going there again as a service was horrible and the ice cream was even worth it and it was over priced. read more

Should change the name to "Very Bad Yogurt". The quality of yogurt is terrible and has a bad after taste. The pricing is outrageous as well. They should be charging half the price for this "yogurt". We won't be back!! read more

Horrible costumer service. The guy working at the front seemed to be to busy with his phone to answer any questions. Unfortunately half of the machines were not working and when we asked him he seemed annoyed at the interruption and didn't seem to care the machines didn't work. Hoping he was just having an off day because customer service like that will turn people away. The price for the small amount of yogurt we got was too high but that could have been over looked if the experience was better. read more

The Murrieta location is a vibe. Located off of Clinton Keith Rd., the place is really nice. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendliness and respect. Service is off the charts amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come here and try out the yogurt. Fresh flavors and kid friendly. Lots of toppings to choose from. They even have fresh fruit to add to your yogurts. What more could you ask for? Come by and try them out! read more

Super cute & yogurt is super tasty, employees are nice & would love to come back!!!!!

Yogurt was super tasty, I'm happy to know there's a good frozen yogurt spot that actually has healthy yogurt with no artificial coloring. The watermelon flavor tastes like actual watermelon and it's vegan great service and every time we come inside it's always clean. I recommend this place if you're looking for a good and healthy froyo treat. Nice decor from the chandelier to the marble floors...and relaxing environment. Good prices (all by weight). They have indoor and outdoor seating so that's a plus. Strawberries and blueberries are fresh and not frozen I recommend everyone in the area to try it out read more

I came across this new business after getting some pizza and we are all here for it! Unique flavors, samples provided and well maintained. Cleanliness? A 10. The floors and tables were clean, restroom was clean. Service? The young man greeted and provided amazing service, he provided us samples. Toppings? They had too many to name on here and they were not stale. Ingredients and taste? They don't hide heir ingredients and are transparent with the product quality. Pricing? I spent the same as I would in any yogurt shop, it is by weight and the negative opinions complaining about pricing don't make sense when each customer is responsible or filling their cup, like grow up Karens lol. I have had to spend some money because my kids over served themselves at other yogurt places. Overall it is sweet and fancy spot for some good treats. Will recommend this place to my family and friends. My daughter served some mango with strawberries and I tried the original tart with some strawberries and blueberries. Perfect place to try after eating some pizza or Chinese food next door. read more
