Let me begin by saying I have NEVER written a positive review for a car dealership. I find the…read moreentire experience so unpleasant, like a root canal...just get through it to get the desired result. But, this isn't the Bud Clary dealership we've dealt with in the past. For many years we tried to buy local and they wouldn't budge on price at all. However, today they were willing to negotiate on price and trade-in value. There was no pressure and it was, overall, a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Vicente Martinez in sales. He was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to get my husband a new F250 pick up. Kudos also to Business Manager Tanya Roll. We've dealt with her before, and she's always personable and professional.

One of the worst dealership experiences I've had…read more I purchased a vehicle here recently and worked with Jessica as the salesperson. Once the deal was done, communication completely stopped. Calls ignored, texts unanswered, and even the finance contact went silent. Two major issues with the car: 1. Missing Navigation SD Card - A critical part of the vehicle's system that should have been included. Instead of being upfront, they acted like it wasn't their problem. If you knew it was missing, you should have disclosed it. 2. Windshield Chips - The transport driver provided proof that the chips were already there before pickup, so these came directly from the dealership. Yet they tried to dance around responsibility. The dealership kept trying to fall back on "as-is" language, but selling a car missing essential equipment without disclosure is the same as selling shoes without insoles and not telling the buyer. If this is how they treat customers after taking your money, imagine what else they cut corners on. I was ignored, deflected, and dismissed instead of being taken care of. Buyers beware: you won't get transparency here.
