I called at 8:10(I was sitting out front waiting for the door to open) when no one answered I found the voicemail completely full so I was unable to leave a message. The front desk girl strolled in at 8:25 when I came inside she was rude as hell to me when I checked in for my appointment. Than I was told WITH an appointment it would be minimum 4 hour wait to get in but more likely 6. When I was on a personal phone call the rude as hell front desk girl thought it was appropriate to comment on my phone call. "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service is terrible and the front desk girl is RUDE AS FUCK. As of now I'm still sitting here waiting. As I am sitting in the waiting room the front desk girl tells the workers O she left. I am literally sitting in front of her desk but I'm not here. The. She has the audacity to say she never gave me the keys. I tried and was ignored. If I could give negative stars I would. You're receptionist is the face of your company. When she treats customers like pond scum it looks bad on everyone and everything. As I sit here waiting I have heard her be extremely rude to several other customers who came in. I have seen several people leave because of it. I literally just her heard tell a customer who asked for a quote on Windows for her home "go somewhere else." I have now been sitting here waiting 5 hours. The front desk girl is only "polite" when the boss is within ear shot, I have heard her ask several customers "What do you want?"like a pissed off teenager instead of hello or how can I help. She is the first person you speak to walking in the door and that's how she's treating people. I can see my windshield is done and my vehicle is parked out front but the front desk girl can't be bothered to stop her personal conversation on her phone to do her job. I totally want to sit here and listen to you talk politics and religion with your friend. Please don't let paying customers at your job interrupt your personal life. Also be warned if you call or receive a call from this office she has you on speaker phone and everyone including the customers are hearing both sides of the conversation. So after 6 hours a rude as hell receptionist and more parts of my truck broken than when I drove in. I am finally done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give negative five stars I would.

The problem was that my rental car was not blowing any air (AC) despite working earlier on my trip. The gentleman (think he was the owner) looked at/operated the controls and concluded that the blower motor was likely failing. He took the time out of his day to check this out for me for no charge. Therefore, I concluded this was an excellent business worthy of my review. Thank you The Tire Store!

When I got the tire back, I noticed paint chipped off the rim, and there was something left inside the tire. They also charged $20, which would be reasonable if the work had been done cleanly--but it wasn't even balanced. Now I'll have to take it somewhere else to remove the debris inside the tire. It just felt like the job was rushed and not done with care. Wouldn't recommend for trailer tires based on this experience.

My boyfriend and I were traveling from San Diego in our van on a huge road trip and started to experience issues once in Washington. When we got to Moses lake we tried a couple different places to help us. We didn't have an experience with anyone else close to the one we had with them. From the second I walked in the door Aaron started taking care of us as if we were family. He first gave us suggestions to try on our own before throwing money at it. Once we came to the conclusion that we couldn't do it on our own we went back to them, they went above and beyond to help us. Gavin who did the majority of the work was amazing. He took his time making sure everything was right and explained to us what he was doing so we could fully understand the issue with the car. After spending most of our day there we were able to leave with the car fixed and a price that definitely didn't amount to the work they put in. I highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs. They make me wish I lived here just so I would be able to use them for all my car needs. It is very hard to find people in this industry that treat you like they treated us. Thank you Jenkins Family auto barn for getting us back on the road and offering to stay in touch so that we have a successful trip.

They spent a week trying to get a replacement radiator only to find out it had been discontinued. With the help of a radiator shop, an new one was built. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress they were making & trust me, this was a monumental task they had on their hands. Our motorhome is 31 years old. After running our motorhome & test driving it, we picked it back up & drove it for 4 hours back home. It worked flawlessly. Great job Jenkins Family Auto Barn. We were already 2.5 hours behind from sitting in the pass due to a jackknifed truck stopping traffic. We were tired and the weather conditions were typical & crummy. I'd just had my car serviced for this trip & felt very prepared, however my "Check Tire" warning light came on after all the other frustrations we'd endured up to this point. We finally had to fill up for gas in Moses Lake and I planned to check my tires at the gas station. Pulled up to the air pump in deep snow, my gloves stained, my patience thinning, my fatigue increasing I imagined myself at this point clumsily fumbling through this process & ending up in a meltdown. ‍ I wondered... is there perhaps a Les Schwab in town who could check my tires? Thank you YELP! There is!! Drive up, and they look super busy. So I walk in & immediately a female employee cheerfully approaches the counter to ask how she can help me. I explained and asked if they might have time for me to pull around and have someone check my tires, and she said, of course! Relieved, I got back in the car and pulled down to one of their bays where someone was there to meet me. Super friendly and happy to help, the gentleman checked all my tires, and everything was good to go. Knowing that my car is a Honda CRV, and the warning light has to be manually turned off, he asked if I knew how to do that because it's tricky. I told him I couldn't remember, and not to worry about it. They've already been so helpful to me! He told me it was absolutely no trouble, and that he was happy to help. Unfortunately, it was even more tricky than he remembered, and he insisted upon getting a coworker to come fix it. These guys could not have been more friendly, competent, & happy to help, and it improved the quality of my trip so dramatically, solved my problem, and just made me so happy to be a repeat customer at Les Schwab. It's fantastic to know that I could go to a different Les Schwab and get the same great service, especially at a time when I was feeling concerned about the performance of my tires and stressed during my trip. We arrived at our destination, safely and have had zero problems with our tires since!! A+ job, Les Schwab!!
