Calls ignored, texts unanswered, and even the finance contact went silent. Two major issues with the car: 1. Missing Navigation SD Card - A critical part of the vehicle's system that should have been included. Instead of being upfront, they acted like it wasn't their problem. If you knew it was missing, you should have disclosed it. 2. Windshield Chips - The transport driver provided proof that the chips were already there before pickup, so these came directly from the dealership. Yet they tried to dance around responsibility. The dealership kept trying to fall back on "as-is" language, but selling a car missing essential equipment without disclosure is the same as selling shoes without insoles and not telling the buyer. If this is how they treat customers after taking your money, imagine what else they cut corners on. I was ignored, deflected, and dismissed instead of being taken care of. Buyers beware: you won't get transparency here.
