I decided to drive 30 minutes to try this place, based on the reviews and I did not get near the service the others speak of, maybe they are family or friends, or maybe because I'm not a regular I didn't get top notch service, Idk. First I felt rushed and like I was being done sloppy, she was very very rough. One brow is longer then the other, one is higher then the other, one arches more then other, they are in far from my nose, one thicker then the other, they look so bad. It is so upsetting because you are trying to groom yourself to look polished and together and now I look horrible. So embarrassed at how I look and upset. I've been debating leaving a review for a few months now. I recently moved here from Florida and needed to find a place to get my brows done. I had an amazing shape to my brows and of course I had trust issues finding a new person to do my brows, but I came here based on the Yelp reviews. When I arrived, her daughter was crying and would not stop crying the whole time. She tried to start threading my brows and then kept leaving halfway through the service to try to quiet her daughter, who was literally screaming. She was rude to me and treated me like I was interrupting her time by showing up. I decided to stay and trust her because of the reviews. When the service was finished, I was mortified. The brow shape that my brow girl in Miami and I worked so hard on for years was ruined. It was patchy, totally lost the arch, and TWO DIFFERENT SHAPES. I don't know if the screaming baby made a difference in her sloppy job, but she would not even apologize for the screaming child and just acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Months later, I am still working hard to get my original brow shape back. I don't know what experience these 5 star reviewers had, but I would think twice before coming here. I go in to New York City to get my brows done now and I'm still searching for a good place to get them done in Rochester. Bottom line: This woman does not care about customer service or the shape of your brows, and she is extremely rude. read more

This place is very quick. There is usually no one else there and you don't have to wait in line to be seen. There is one lady who works there and she is very sweet. She is from Pakistan. Eyebrow threading cost eight dollars, her prices are very reasonable. You'll be in and out in less than five minutes if you are only there to get your eyebrows done. There wasn't a wait for when I came in around 12:40 on a weekday, which was nice too. Meetra shaped my brows to fit my face very nicely - probably one of my favorites I've ever had thus far. I've had a sub-par experience at another threading service in Rochester that seemed to only be focused on speed, but missed a lot of hairs and lacked good shape.
