Every person involved with the rental was courteous and responsive and super laid back. When I wanted to extend the rent it was effortless---a couple of emails with Rudy and I had the room for another two weeks. The common room has great coffee and I just could not have hoped for a better experience. Awesome location, too, right next to Madison Square Park. The owner was horrible to work with and came across very rude in multiple interactions, which made the situation even more frustrating.

First Impressions & Atmosphere: From the moment you walk into the building, you're greeted by a stunning, modern lobby that immediately sets a high-end tone for the workday. It's the kind of entrance that makes you feel proud to bring clients in. I've attached several photos of the office space to this review--make sure to check out the awesome views and lighting from our windows; they are a major boost to daily productivity and morale! World-Class Management: The true heart of this location is the staff. The Office Manager, Mohamed, is a total standout and all-star. He is the definition of professionalism and runs an incredibly tight ship. He is always available to answer any questions or tackle concerns the second they pop up. Thanks to his leadership, the office remains: * Spotlessly clean * Highly organized * Seamlessly efficient A Warm & Professional Welcome: I also want to give a special shout-out to Elaine, the receptionist who was here yesterday (February 2nd). She is absolutely phenomenal--bringing a cheerful, infectious energy to our front desk. She is a perfect representation of what professional hospitality should look like. She was at reception at our other Regus office location before we moved office space to this location, and we experienced the same happy-go-lucky energy! The Verdict: Between Mohamed's expert management and Elaine's welcoming presence, this isn't just a "coworking space." They have managed to make this office feel like a family and a second home. I couldn't recommend this location more highly!

Upon further investigation, I discovered that several websites feature Jay Suites. I found two different sites displaying two distinct prices, with a $1,000 discrepancy. I emailed Juda about this, and he said for us to opt for the lower rate of $1,080, which included a 50% discount (keep in mind that when we initially contacted Juda, told us to pay the $1,971, not knowing that we had seen cheaper prices). However, when I attempted to pay online, the discount did not appear. I reached out to Juda again via email regarding this issue, and he requested that I call him. During our conversation, he inquired about my budget, to which I responded $1,000. Another concerning point was his statement that he could not reserve our event at that price. It is important to note that his online rate was $1,080, plus a 50% discount. He then provided an excuse, claiming that since my event was on a Saturday, the cost would be higher. Remember, the website lists a price of $1,080 PLUS a 50% discount. My experience with Juda at Jay Suite felt very dubious and untrustworthy. He seems to attempt to extract more money from customers and does not honor the rates and prices advertised online. Exercise caution, everyone!
