Owner was super friendly, informative, and helpful with places to go and things to see as we were visiting for a few days - recommended some great local eateries and bars. Great service, nice smooth hookahs and very chill, relaxing atmosphere. Couches throughout themed rooms and nice outdoor patio. Overall a gem of a hookah lounge. Hubby and I wanted to end our date night on a good note with some hookah with a chill vibe. My friend recommended Medusas's and we fell in love. The vibe is so chill and the owner reminds me of Stanley Tucci, who is one of my favorite actors. Which means, he is very friendly and super chill. Plus he knows how to make the hookah so smooth! Medusas will always be my favorite hookah bar. In my years of coming to this place, I've seen two owners, both worthy of praise! I've spent many evenings at Medusas during my high school years, date nights, party nights, chill nights and special occasion nights. Lots of great memories here! I love the atmosphere (chill, no loud music unless asked for!) and most of all the sheesha flavors and customer service. I love this place. The people that own it are incredibly friendly and full of great recommendations. There's a very relaxed vibe and they have really good hookah. My sister and I are here pretty regularly and have not had any kind of negative experience. We love the back patio, but inside there are quite a few love seats and couches. They play good music but it's not club-y at all. All in all it's a really nice place to spend the evening with friends, or alone with a book. read more

Of all the places to smoke hookah in Tucson, this is the only place worth going to. They're the only hookah lounge in Tucson that doesn't use tin foil. They use glass blown tops, which is optimum for the flavor and your health. They offer a wide range of house-made flavors (highly recommended) and regular single flavors mix-match varieties. The staff here is attentive and extremely customer service oriented. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The vibe is so comfortable. Different themes in each room and feels very homey. Best hookahs in town, they always last about an hour or so too. You won't want to go anywhere else once you've experienced Medusa's. read more
