Then added eyelashes for our guest, my makeup, then wrapped up with the bride's makeup. When everyone was done, she did a bit of touch up. It was about 3 or 3/1/2 hours for all the services. All Lorri needed was a source for power, a chair and a table. Lorri has a wonderful personality, is patient and talented. We all loved the end result. The bride had a flower headpiece which Lorri incorporated beautifully. When we booked a few months ago, a 50% deposit was required. The balance was paid the day of service. She accepts credit cards which is convenient. I booked the initial appointments via email. Lorri was very responsive and completely answered all my questions. We wore masks for the hair styling, then of course had to take them off for the make up. At that point, Lorri added a face shield while she did our make up. We all felt safe and comfortable. She even asked me how I wanted my hair dried (with volume, straight, etc). She is very efficient but I never felt rushed. My appointment lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. Hillary fit me in the night before Thanksgiving with a 5:45pm appointment. Her work ethic is impressive and she is truly a delight. You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. Tina, the owner, did the services that I requested and it was the worst experience that i've ever had. I made my appointment weeks ahead of time and when I came into the\nSalon , she was with another customer already , and I had to wait. She rushed right through my services , doing a half ass job. All she wanted to do was get back to the other customer.Because the other customer was having hair extensions , hair color, cut and style. Which ended up being pretty pricey , I bet. For my retouch and half a** eyebrow wax , she charged me $180. She did not even want to blow dry my hair. Why she charges so much?I don't know because she's using the same products that I used to use in beauty school 15 years ago. She called me about three weeks ago after she read my review, crying. Crying about her business, how's she keeps losing stylists. It went on and on. She did offer me a free retouch and free eyebrow wax 3 weeks ago.
