The lady that answers the telephone is very unprofessional and I don't understand how she can get away with hanging the phone up on customers. I had to change my phone number so I was just trying to call and make sure that the updates I made on my insurance transportation profile were reflected on her pickup order. She wouldn't let me explain this just cut me off and tell me to call my insurance company. My insurance company tells me that they're supposed to call and confirm by 4:00 p.m. today before. I explained to her that I had missed one pickup already and that I needed to check and see if I was on her work order. She said no and then had to call me back three hours later to confirm my ride for the next day. I'm not sure what her deal is. But I tried to call her the next day and just check and see if things were corrected and she hung the phone up on me. Tried to call her several times after that she couldn't even answer the phone. So I called my insurance company they tried to call her she wouldn't answer the phone. I don't understand why I'm someone would treat customers that way. When you're dealing with people's medical appointments and you treat someone that's got a terminal disease like that. Someone is trying their best just to make sure they get to their appointments on time it's really sad that someone could just hang the phone up on you like you nobody. I never raised my voice I was not rude to the lady. I try to be kind and considerate to everyone. Every driver that has picked me up has always been kind and did a great job. Their drivers are just good people trying to earn a few dollars and the lady that answers the phone could possibly could be reported to adult protective services and the department of justice. That California puc license that entitled someone to transport people on medical can be revoked. Just friendly kind reminder to treat people better read more
