It used to be you felt they were the best rental company it appears that they have now come in line with just being average. I made a reservation for a truck due to having to move some items rental was confirmed. They did call early that morning and advised they didn't have truck but would call around different locations and get one for me,I called back assured they was working on it.i called their customer service was advised different policies for each location as to if your rental would be available per your reservation. Ask to have district manager reach out day and half out no return call or follow up. So if you have important business and need a specific vehicle from Enterprise you may want to have a back up plan.

That award is well deserved and we always bring our cars here for service of all kinds. I am a systems engineer by training and these guys "speak my language"! We have two VWs that are 10 years old and thanks to the Chesapeake Car Care team we expect another 10 years from these cars minimum! I have detected a pattern on the handful of one-star ratings here that are artificially driving down their Yelp score--someone with a beef (I am guessing a competitor who is unhappy they keep winning the Best of Pasadena award) asked a few of their friends to post a bunch of hyperbolic 1-star reviews--I notice that for each of these likely fake reviews the person has only ever submitted ONE review to Yelp ever--one guy even claims they forgot to put his oil filter on and it ruined his car--total nonsense. Andrew says "Yeah it is "jerking ". I said " thanks Andrew" that's why I brought it here because of this and was told by Ryan"It's fixed". I explained the problem wasn't fixed and I would like them to fix it or give me my money back. Andrew says no, if have to talk to owner. WAITED OVER 4 CLOSE TO 5 HOURS FOR HIM ( TOLD HE WAS PLAYING BASEBALL). He comes in walks right past me and gets behind desk. I explained everything and said Andrew drove it and felt same thing. Andrew now "hesitant" owner there and says yeah maybe it's spark plugs? The inspection, drove and label what it was for sure and now I need spark plugs. " No sir please return my money " I said.
