Drs I've dealt with, therapist included are good, empathetic providers. I've developed good relationships with them. The staff is so inefficient! I refuse to use the portal anymore, either to message them, scheduling or paying them. One, you never hear anything back from them when you contact re:Rx, or any administration questions. The billing System is through PayPal, with no statement. Who knows where that money goes ? There website specifically states that a "critical error has occurred ". why can't they fix that...I brought it to there attention but to the abyss must be where it went. Their phone tree is nothing but a loop, often with no way to get out of it. the practice of holding appts hostage until billing is updated, needs 2 sides to enforce this threat. Then provide a more detailed way, or, how about the old fashion way? A/R dept with real people to respond to billing inquiries? Madison in customer service was polite in trying to help, but it's futile for she can't really rectify the situations. Not in her scope. Don't recommend at all. The doctors and therapists are great, I have never had a problem with them. It is the front office staff that I have a problem with and brings down the quality of care for this office. They lack any empathy, sensitivity (we are patients of a psychiatric office for a reason), and professionalism. I have often had to explain myself and my finances in front of others in the waiting room, which is totally unacceptable. I have to dispute many appointments because they can't get it together whether it be them scheduling appointments when the therapists are off. They want to charge me for anything possible . There is often no communication between the staff there because I have to keep explaining myself to different people and makes me believe they don't take any notes. Their attitudes are terrible towards us patients. Whoever is in charge of training needs to properly train the front office staff on better customer service. The phone lines are terrible. It will take me to a person but then they hang up. I had often tried to contact the office and they repeatably have the same problem that I have brought to their attention. The communication between the office and my pharmacy is a joke.This office could be amazing if it wasn't for the front office staff. These doctors don't listen. They tell you what's wrong with you. Dr. M is particularly curt and clinical. I felt as if I was being booked at this place. He and Dr. P. seem to be going the motions of caring. It wasn't a nurturing place to be. I won't be going back. read more

I was a little hesitant about starting counseling, but it didn't take me long to feel comfortable talking to my counselor. He is an incredibly open-minded, understanding and empathetic person who made me feel comfortable to share my difficulties. Other thing I like about this practice is that I can see their psychiatrist and all my care is provided by one office. read more

I made an appt several weeks ago to get a psychiatric clearance for a future surgery. The day before my appt, I get an email at 12:30 pm telling me I need to fax or email some completed paperwork to the office by 4pm, otherwise my appt would be cancelled. Usually that's no big deal, except that I happened to be driving from one end of the state to the other that day and wouldn't be able to reach a fax machine or printer by the 4 pm deadline. The morning of the appt, I called the clinic to see if it was still happening. After waiting on hold a total of 40 minutes over 3 calling attempts beginning at 8:30am, the desk staff finally confirmed that my appt was canceled. They advised me that, when I made the appt, I should've been told that they needed the paperwork at least 7 days in advance (I wasn't). Why they didn't contact me 7 days ago instead of the day before - who knows? I told them that they may want to update their website since it states that you can bring the completed paperwork to your first appt. I didn't bother rescheduling and will instead find another provider. read more
