Due to the bedside manner of Kristen, courteous staff and lightning fast service, I no longer feel it to be a waste of my time to go in and tend to my medical needs. Let me start by saying that in Frederick, this was the first practice that would even consider seeing me after calling everyone I could to try and continue my immunotherapy that I have been getting for 8 years in two different cities. I was told that "we don't do that" by two other doctors. After waiting a month and a half for the first available appointment, I came into the office. The office is dark and depressing. I met with Dr. Muniz who seemed perfectly willing to give me my shots after getting my records from another office. However, as I left I was slightly concerned when he said "if you haven't heard from us in a month, give us a call." The front desk lady then asked for the mailing address of my old doctor to get my records. I gave them a fax number, phone number, address, and signed forms that they required. One month later, I call to see how things were going. The person who took my call was either in a bad mood or something, asked what I meant by "things" and reprimanded me for telling her the name I have gone by my entire life instead of my legal first name, both of which should have been in my file. Many of my doctors are able to find my file with both names. Then she asked if I wanted to start shots -- the entire reason I came in in the first place. I am now confused as to why I had to go into the appointment in the first place. They said they would "send me a packet" which I guess meant by mail because they are about 20 years behind in terms of technology and then I could make an appointment. Just looking for some decent medical care in Frederick and was again disappointed. This practice was confusing, disorganized, and moved painfully slowly to get something VERY commonplace and easy to do. I have never had so much difficulty with getting medical care. I never received a packet, only a bill. Needless to say - I will not be getting my shots here.

She knows her stuff. Sandra is knowledgeable and friendly too. You may have to wait sometimes to be seen but that is only because she is one of the few urologists that don't turn away new patients. I took my son to Dr. Moorman when he was little and they connected. He was usually shy around doctors but she had him talking. When I had a kidney stone back in 2018, she saw me in the emergency room and it was on a weekend. She was kept busy with other patients but she took the time to explain everything to me. I had a stent put in that night because she couldn't blast the stone because it was too near the kidney and I had a UTI too. She worked me and the other urology patients from the ER into her schedule for the next week. I later had the stone blasted. I have gone through numerous UTI's since then and she has worked with my limited list of meds that I can take and I haven't had one in two years now. I was on antibiotics a lot as a kid and am either resistant or have had reactions to most meds. She and Sandra didn't give up. I would highly recommend either one. They are worth the wait. I am pretty sure they work through lunch most of the time with maybe a bite or two of a sandwich between patients.

I went to see Dr. Sadikman and that was the start of a wonderful patient-doctor relationship. Dr. Sadikman is my GP or general physician. He is absolutely the kindest, most caring doctor, and such an excellent doctor. He won't give up in finding what is wrong with you, if you are sick. He listens to you and is very thorough in checking for what is making you ill. He will recommend a specialist, if you need one. The office just moved and they are in Bethesda now off of Rockledge Drive. His nurses Lilly and Taryn are the nicest medical professionals you could happen to meet. They are so receptive to your needs. Dr. Sadikman is a concierge practice. So, you pay a yearly fee. The nice thing about that is you can get in to see him, when you need to. Case in point, I had a question about a vaccination prior to international travel. Yes, CDC lists this vaccine and advises to take it, but Dr. Sadikman went much further, asking me about specific conditions I am likely to encounter, time of the year I will travel etc. before making his recommendation. That was most thoughtful. Dr. Sadikman is so much more than other docs who just want to write you a prescriptions. I feel very fortunate to have found his practice. He is complemented by overall excellent staff, working seamlessly with dr. Sadikman, the whole team delivers top-shelf care. Highly recommended.
