I was able to get an appointment within a couple days of calling. Went in for the initial consult, everyone was personable and nice. Was able to schedule surgery within a couple weeks. Surgery went well and they were prompt with answering questions I had about recovery as they came up. First follow up went well. Very professional. Would recommend to others. read more

Dr. Scott is the absolute best ENT doc. I have fibromyalgia so my pain tolerance is extremely low. I had to have sinus surgery and a few minor procedures as well. Dr. Scott listens to my concerns, explains everything thoroughly and works with me to make things as simple and painless as he possibly can. I probably drive him crazy but he never shows it. He's very patient and easy to talk to. I go once a week for allergy shots, which are given by staff members. Always quick and painless. Dr. Scott also removed the tonsils of one my daughters and performed sinus surgery on my other daughter. Everything went great for both. I cannot say enough about this practice. Dr Scott and his office is worst. His office staff are rude and do not have any compassion. I could get an Appointment for a new patient in 2days. My follow up was 6 weeks later. Dr. Scott was horrible. I went to him with an ear issue, and he continued to dwell on another physical ailment that was totally unrelated. Then he announced that he would give me a hearing aid for my left ear and my dizziness would go away. That's ridiculous. The root cause of the dizziness would not be addressed with that treatment. Could he be he just wanted to sell a very expensive hearing aid? Total waste of time and money. read more

Absolutely horrible. I explained a very personal situation and there wasn't even empathy given nor shown to me. I was told by an Admin that my account was "vanished", my next question to this was, do you STILL HAVE MY SONS RECORDS??? Spoke to their Office Manager, Sharon and that is where the lack of human nature comes into place. All over $40 dollars and they will no longer see my son that Dr. Kirby Scott placed tubes in his ears and he is Autistic. I wanted to speak to Dr.Scott about the situation, nope, not getting past his Office Manager, Sharon. Pathetic Practice at best. Dr. Scott has literally changed my life! I have suffered from sinus problems for over 15 years; and had even gone through one surgery with a different doctor. When I heard about Dr. Scott coming to town I thought "what the heck, I'll give him a try". Thank goodness I did! He was the very first doctor to actually listen to every symptom I had, or lack thereof. He has performed two different surgeries on my sinus', and for the first time in my life I can actually breathe through my nose. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and am currently getting allergy shots, as a final step in my recovery process. I cannot thank him, and his staff, enough for all of the help, empathy and compassion they have all shown me. My son has been a patient of Central ENT for a few years now. We have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always very pleasant and I never have to wait to see the doctor. Dr. Scott has a great sense of humor and great with children. I would recommend this office to anyone. read more
