If you are looking for a provider who "gets it" someone, who has been where you are, can speak from experience, with the utmost compassion and relaxing atmosphere. Chris is your provider! I continue to be so thankful for the incredible care he has provided myself and several members of my family. I always feel like a priority, my concerns are addressed every time and the plan is always one I am comfortable with. I professionally and personally trust Chris with my mental health care. Easiest 5 star review for me to write as I can't express enough gratitude . If you feel like you've tried it before and couldn't find the right fit I encourage you to try again. This practice and this provider are worth telling your case to, for yourself, for your children for your loved ones. read more

Hi I'm here to inform people of the disaster that is Bennett mental health and wellness(Mindspring wellness) They charged me $160 for an appointment I cancelled 10 days before the appointment. What kind of show are you all running there? 1. When I went for my appointment the gentlemen who was doing my session decided eating wing, cheese sticks, and plethora of other Sheetz items was acceptable. What professional eats wings while someone is telling their story to them. 2. The guy doing the intake ragged on my parents for a total of 5 minutes without the full context of why they did not put me on stimulants for ADD while I was young. Even the lady doing training with him looked shocked. 3. I told him three times I did not want to take medication. He just kept forcing the issue so I just conceded knowing that I would not return. 4. I left a voicemail 3 days after our appointment stating I would not need a 2nd appointment. 5. Then I get charged $160. Are you kidding me. My sister-in-law who is a lawyer in Baltimore will be reaching out to discuss this further with you all. Shame on you all!!! The "professional " Chris Bennett I spoke to was the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in years of therapy and mental health. If you do not return that $160 I will be going to the BBB and spreading the word at the AA meeting I go to. I will be relentless like the guy was about my parents. I am so irate I can barely sit still. This is the help you offer? Eating wings with sauce over his face while I try to talk about my ptsd? Shitting on my parents with no context? Not cancelling my appointment and then charging me $160? Trying to get me to take stimulants when I'm only two years clean and stated I didn't want them? This review will be sent to any and forms of communications you all have. Furthermore, I will be reviewing you all on every review page I can get my hands on. You're supposed to be helping people!!!!!! Have you forgot your main purpose or has the mozzarella sticks gone to your brain! I will have no further direct communication after the end of the day if this isn't rectified and my sister-in-law Maria who does malpractice in the state of MD will be your main point of contact. UNBELIEVABLE! You all need to fix the crap show you have going on over there! Do not go there unless you are seeking drugs. He openly gives them to people who don't even want them. This messed with my mental health tremendously. This practice is a stepping stone for these practitioners so don't expect to see the same person for more than a year. They also told me my insurance would not approve virtual appointments which was a lie. I am not exaggerating anything here. This is just the straight up truth. If you just want someone to keep giving you a monthly Rx refill then fine, but don't expect a long term mental care relationship with any of their NPs.

Marie Pryor told my sister that she needs to start taking a statin drug for her high cholesterol and another medication for her liver before she will write a prescription for HRT and that she will need to come in every 2 months. She does not want to start on a statin or any other unnecessary medication. All she wanted was to start on HRT to relieve her extreme menopause symptoms. $75 copay for each visit wasted.

When an unaffiliated pharmacy gave me trouble over the prescription, Denise was wonderful about troubleshooting the problem and following up with the pharmacy directly to solve it. Then getting back to me to make sure I knew it would be ready to go! I really loved my experience with this practice that actually cares!

I was very pleased with the companion care that they provided my father during his last months on this earth. My father was happy as well, which made my life easier during such a trying time. We also used Helping Hands when my mother-in-law's health was failing. Again, we were very pleased with the quality and knowledge of the caregivers. We did have to call the office on a few occasions to change things up a bit and they always cheerfully accommodated us.
