At the end of my pregnancy, her appointments were the highlight of my week... she got me through the pain until the end! I continued to see her for breastfeeding help, and then general care, as well as through another pregnancy. My youngest child is nearly 3 and I still see her at least once a month. My children also occasionally see her for things as they pop up. I appreciate that she always does manual adjustments versus other chiropractors who may leave you alone in a room with a tens machine for most of your appointment length, and may not even align your neck every time they see you. Dr. Hinkle always checks you over head to toe. Highly recommend. :)

The style of chiropractic care they offer truly sets them apart from other chiropractors we've been to. My pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience with chiropractic care at Restoration was significantly better than my previous pregnancy when I received care elsewhere. One of the biggest blessings was seeing the difference it made for my newborn. He struggled with latching at first, but after just a few weeks of adjustments, he was able to latch without any issues. The office has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and I especially love that worship music is always playing. I can't recommend Restoration enough!

While on a work trip to Frederick Valley Chiropractic was my life saving! I had a bad migraine…read morefrom the 2 star motel I stand at and when I called here the lady who answered the phone was very polite. They just so happen to have an opening that day and I immediately took the opening. This all happened on a Friday morning. When I got there they had immediately had me fill out the usual paperwork for a chiropractic. The Dr. said don't worry they will fix me up. When I got in she did an assessment and I also showed her my chart what is wrong with me, and that cut the time in half. After the assessment they immediately gave me a 10 minute tense unit with felt great since my neck, back and traps was messed up. The assistant came in a couple of times and he made sure I was okay. After that treatment the adjustment went great and gave me a relief. The Dr. told me if I needed to go to another Chiro on Saturday she said she wouldn't be offended since I was leaving Maryland to Hawaii on Monday early morning. Understanding my situation they wasn't offended if I went to another Chiro, because they wasn't open on Saturday. I am so grateful they got me in since I didn't eat for 2 days because of my migraine. I always make it a point to come here whenever I'm visiting my mom in Frederick. After trying a few…read moreplaces in the area over the years, I realized nothing compares to the level of professionalism, consistency, and genuine care that this clinic provides. What really sets them apart is that everything feels transparent and trustworthy. The therapists here aren't relying on friends or family to boost their ratings -- their reputation comes from real clients who keep returning because the quality is unmatched. Every session feels intentional, therapeutic, and grounded in actual skill, not just routine motions. The environment is clean, calming, and organized, and the staff communicates clearly from the moment you book your appointment. They take the time to listen, adjust the pressure, and focus on what your body actually needs. There's never any rushed feeling, no awkwardness, and no "assembly line" vibe like you get at so many other places. Honestly, going anywhere else feels like a waste of time. This is the only spot in Frederick where I've consistently received massages that genuinely make a difference -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Personally, I don't trust the "independent" or solo-operated setups you see around -- the ones with inconsistent communication, unclear policies, questionable reviews, and none of the structure or accountability you get in a real clinic. Too many of them rely on personal acquaintances for ratings, and the quality varies wildly. It's just not worth the risk. This clinic is the only place in Frederick where I feel completely safe, cared for, and confident in the professionalism behind every service. I won't go anywhere else -- and I genuinely don't recommend that anyone else does either.
