When I first found Park Bench Chiropractic, I was pregnant and desperately seeking help for the horrific sciatic nerve pain that I was experiencing. When I arrived at their office for my first appointment, I was practically curled into a ball, crying in pain. I saw Dr. Rob and, I kid you not, an hour later I was able to do jumping jacks. It was nothing short of miraculous. It's been almost 2 years since I've been going to Park Bench and he's successfully helped me, my husband and children with all kinds of different issues. We would never go to another chiropractor. Dr. Rob is super personable, caring, intelligent and an all-around excellent chiropractor. I've seen Dr. Matt as well and he's also incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Their staff is also super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their office is totally kid-friendly and my children are always asking me when they get to go back. So, to summarize, PRO: Best chiropractors in town. Going to Park Bench made my pregnancy awesome. I've lost count of how many people I've referred to them. They're the best. CON: I find myself trying out new, potentially injury-causing, sports and activities that I previously would have been too scared to even consider (I'm super accident-prone+ bad ankles, knees, back, etc). It's because I know, worse comes to worse, if I get hurt, I have an awesome chiro that will immediately fix just about anything that doesn't kill me. Being a skeptic of chiropractic care I suffered lower back pain for 3 years. When the pain got so bad that pain medication didn't touch the pain in desperation I finally gave it a "thought" but never acted on it for 2 more weeks. A good friend recommended Dr. Matt. I got up the courage to go in meet him see what my initial vibe was and proceed from there. Fabulous greeting and professional manners yet laid back enough to put me at ease, a very hard thing to do with doctors. I've been going to Park Bench Chiropractic for over a year now and it is always a very pleasant experience. My neck and back have been feeling so much better. I almost always have to bring my toddler with me (and now newborn as well) and they are very accommodating - she loves bringing one of the toys from the waiting room into the adjustment room and talking with Dr. Matt while he adjusts me. He is always happy to check her alignment as well when I request it, as well as my newborn when I brought him in for the first time this morning. I don't usually have any trouble scheduling an appointment a few days out, and they work me in somehow if it's an "emergency". Their pricing is fair and everyone in the office is very kind and personable. I plan on seeing them as long as I live in this area and I'll miss them when we move in a couple years! read more

Uuuhhhhmazing facility! If there is anything that I love, it is a friendly Medical office! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with GENUINE smiles and welcome! Not the " I have to be professional" type welcome but it was genuinely felt! My Doctor, Dr.Matt has been one of the most informative, kind, engaging and efficient medical professionals I have every encountered! When I arrive to and leave an appointment I understand completely everything that has happened and the possibilities of what could happen! I have not personally seen Dr. Rob but he adjusts my husband and I've heard nothing but excellent reports about him! They work well with you and are just overall a great team. I come from a very small town, I do miss certain things, like walking in and being addressed by your name because these people remember you. Your not a number, I work with Dr. Matt. He is such an honest, absolutely wonderful man. If you have a question and he doesn't know the answer, he will find it promptly. I left a late message explaining I was in excruciating pain wondering if they thought they could help. The office opens at 8 AM, I got a phone call from Dr. Matt himself at 7:59 AM and was in 30 minutes later. The receptionist Kathy and Deana are both absolutely lovely. WOW!!!! What a terrific experience Dr. Rob and Dr. Matt provide. They really take the time to listen, understand the whole person, the context of the injury, and then provide extraordinary care in restoring wellness. I had a terrible pain in my neck and shoulders that made it very difficult to move - even on what I would call "good days." Finally, it got to be so bad that I came to Park Bench seeking help, and started feeling better after the first visit. After 4 visits, the reduction in pain was so dramatic I would say it legitimately changed my quality of life. I have been going to Park Bench to see Dr.Rob and Dr.Matt for over 4 years now. They have seen me through 2 pregnancies (which resulted in quick and easy natural births) and I continue to see them for weekly maintenance. They have helped adjust my children, and I come to them first before heading our Primary Care (so far they have been able to fix the issue first!). Coming here on a weekly basis is one of the only things that keeps my back pain in check. I've had chronic back pain for at least 8 years now and am a service-disabled veteran. Dr. Rob offers all disabled veterans free care for at least six months if you start service on specific holidays (Veterans Day, Memorial Day, and maybe another one I can't quite remember) and I took advantage of this deal. I'm so glad I did because it really helped me curtail a lot of my daily pain and I'm able to do a lot more today than I have in the past. I hurt my back over the weekend. It has been years since I have been to a Chiropracter and my last experience was not a good one. I walked into the office on Monday morning with no appointment and no history with these doctors. I was told I would be squeezed in and moments later the phone rang. It was a cancellation and I was seen immediately. Dr. Rob did not sugar coat anything. He told me when it was going to hurt and told me "love hurts." I had an appointment Weds., but I stopped in on Tuesday and they saw me within a half hour. Dr. Rob is excellent. I felt like a friend was helping to relieve my pain. I've been going to chiropractors all over the country due to moving all the time. I've never had a chiropractor spend so much time with me on each visit as Dr. Rob does. It is so nice that he works on each part of my body that needs adjusting and comes back to areas that were too tight for adjusting (at the beginning of the appointment.) He is also good with children. With so many other chiropractors I have felt like part of an assembly line, and although it sounds cliche, at Park Bench they really care about you. I just started seeing Dr.Rob and Dr. Matt for about a month or two now. For two years I have had extreme back pain. I have done injections, wore a back brace and taken pain medication. For the first time in two years after seeing Dr.Rob and Dr. Matt I have not had "bad back days". They readjusted my spine and pelvis and OMG! I have been to a lot of chiropractors and he is the first one that I feel like a million bucks when I come out of his office. They are so friendly and affordable. Excellent adjusters! Very knowledgeable, professional and very caring about the progress of their patients. I have been seeing Dr. Rob since 2010 on an off for some neck issues and I trust his skill and judgement on new stretches and adjustment practices.
