After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach. This is the only place to go for me and I'm very grateful for Dr. Schneider.

They send text messages stating if you miss your appt you will be charged $202,450 We were told this is not a mistake they send these to get patients attention. How professional to use basically a scare tactic. Their system always sends texts with confirmations for appts that has the wrong date and time. However if you show up that date and time, they have no regards to your time and act like you were the one to make a mistake even if they are shown the texts. I am sure the drs aren't aware of the unprofessional nature of their administrative staff. Just another example of a business offering below average customer service. It's time Drs office start respecting their patients time the same way we are expected to respect theirs, take responsibility for their technology used to communicate with patients and the customer service and professionalism of their office. Just before I became a patient at the mayo clinic who has been awesome, I had an appointment coming up at this place and I literally was scared. I would always be in so much pain but now I had some cognitive issues because of a fall and I explained to them I just would like to know if I could record everything they would tell me so quickly trying to shuffle me out Like a conveyor belt to sit in the next patient, that I would just like to record the audio. The woman seethed at me with the usual horrible attitude that she had towards patience and with vitriol said absolutely not unless we talk to our attorneys. I've never heard of such a thing. I had always been polite in there even though I would sit and talk to patients in the waiting room who would agree and look at me when we would see the attitudes that they would have behind the desk like something out of 101 dalmatians with the character Cruella. Despite the painful procedures, I didn't have another place in my entire town to go except this corporation we're all the doctors worked and everyone I saw was bad. Every single practitioner. Please be sure to make sure if you go elsewhere that they are not connected with this place or owned by this place and I do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I have gone to a new clinic even if we have to travel out of town. It's definitely worth it and better for our health. Joyce is cold, rude, and dismissive, and appears completely uninterested in helping patients. Her communication is abrasive and unhelpful, and she seems incapable of performing even basic customer care responsibilities. It is genuinely baffling why someone with such little empathy or concern for others works in healthcare at all. Patients should not be made to feel like an inconvenience or a burden. Until this office addresses its staff behavior and accountability, I would strongly caution anyone considering care here.

Throughout…read moremultiple visits, Dr. Guido never spent more than about three minutes with my husband, even though he is dealing with prostate cancer and deserves thorough, attentive care. During our most recent appointment, the doctor said he needed an immediate PSA result. However, the medical assistant told us she couldn't perform the test in the office because her back hurt. This left us without the necessary lab work the doctor himself requested and showed a concerning lack of professionalism and urgency. For a patient facing something as serious as prostate cancer, the level of care we received felt rushed, inattentive, and far below what should be expected. We hope improvements are made for future patients who depend on this practice for critical care.
