I have a good relationship when I got to see my urologist she said she never received one message from me and I believe her that's unacceptable. I had an appointment with my urologist at 9:30 in the morning 530 the night before I get a call for this company from somebody I couldn't understand only to inform me that I was out of network. I canceled my appointment like I said I do have some issues that you're gonna have to be addressed and I can't take the chance that this is gonna happen again.
