We decided to try Piedmont McDuffie as it's the same distance to this hospital as Piedmont Augusta from our house. The hospital was clean and the staff was friendly. There was no wait before getting to go back. Would have given 5 starts had they been able to have called the ultrasound tech to their hospital instead of sending us to Piedmont Augusta and then having to wait for the ultrasound tech to meet us there. All in all, I would go back to a Piedmont McDuffie due to less congestion in the waiting room and probably in and out faster than any other of the Augusta Hospitals.

She sat in the waiting area in a wheelchair begging for someone to take her to pee since her leg was all bruised up. I had to call the Er just to send someone out! And not to add she was brought around 3 and by 6 she had still not been seen! Do better! What if she had internal bleeding!? Not to mention the security guard, who as soon as you walk in, greets you with no compassion. No sympathy. Not even a care that you could've just lost your mother. I am not sure how this place is still open. I work in a hospital, I know things are tough on healthcare right now, but we have to be better to do better!
