We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!

While you normally would get what you expect at a U-Haul or similar such business, this location…read morehas ALWAYS been 10/10 for me. From moving apartments to packing abnormal sized shipments, to last minute truck rentals (I work in logistics and ship a lot of things) this location has always gone above and beyond. I've had FedEx and UPS try to charge me and arm and a leg because of their package restraints, and U-Haul has always helped me pack things and put together custom boxes and put in filling and all the good stuff. Truly couldn't recommend this specific location enough. I even locked my car & house keys in a U-Haul here and they had them waiting for me the moment they opened the next day without hesitation. 10/10 I will always come to this location!

I'm not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I've been coming here every year (last 5…read moreyears) for both of our car inspections. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I even ask for some extra help like tire pressure checks / refills every now and then. They've always handled all of our issues with care. The staff doesn't ever try upselling me anything and they are always prompt and timely. I've showed up every time without an appointment and they've never turned me away nor have I had to wait very long. I also like that the location is convenient with parking. You can pull around the back or side of the shop and park until you speak with the team. Maurino was the tech I worked with on my most recent visit and he was awesome. Highly recommend this shop and thank you Maurino for taking such great care of us.
