My review is of LABCORP inside Walgreens NOT Walgreens…read more If I could give zero stars I would. In all my years, I've been to many Labcorps both by appointment and as a walkin and I have to say I've never experienced such rude, unprofessional and completely immature untrained personnel who quite frankly collect a paycheck for playing on their cellphones. I arrived and signed in to drop off a sensitive medical sample as directed by my physician. After signing in using the electronic monitor I waited outside the door for 30 minutes. Assuming the office was full of patients who arrived before me I waited outside the door. Finally the door opened with two lab techs there and no other clients. I entered the office and witnessed one attend to my sample which included phoning her supervisor since she was completely uneducated on what to do while the other tech scroller social media the 20 minutes while I was there leaving the next client sitting outside. I don't think Labcorp would appreciate knowing they pay their techs to do nothing. They were both rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning and will be bringing this to someone's attention.

The Walgreens in Franklin Park, NJ is no exception allowing you to treat your pesky bunions and that damn goiter in between the Russel Stover candy displays, hemorrhoid salves and the endless array of trail mix and greeting cards. The only thing missing from this medical oasis is a restroom, non-binary or otherwise. I suspect if I had to pee in a cup, I'd shuffle off to the parking lot. Considering they have a full aisle of incontinence products, this glaring oversight seems a bit cruel. Good thinking guys. Two stars.

I've been tough on CVS, particularly their pharmacy operations and their Caremark mail-order drug…read moresubsidiary as both seem chronically understaffed and seem to specialize in a premeditated brand of chronically underwhelming service delivery -- an annoyance when you're cooling your heels at Walmart but inexcusable at the nation's largest purveyor of prescription pharmaceuticals. Well, thankfully they've just fired their CEO so maybe things will start to improve along with a return to reasonable staffing levels. That said, I have to give a shout-out to their MinuteClinic in-store facility that provides an excellent alternative to your primary care for basic services like vaccinations and ordinary physicals. Go online, make an appointment and generally you're waiting a maximum of five minutes to be seen by either an RN or a PA depending on the service. Don't get me wrong, while I love my primary care MD, why wait three weeks for an appointment if all you need is a flu shot or forms filled out for your employer. A first rate experience all around and an easy five stars.

Both the times we have had pleasant experience at the pharmacy and from our interactions with the different staff. The shop is also well maintained and has a lot of varieties to their inventory typical of a Target or Walmart and provides a wholesome experience. The parking is humongous and the pharmacy is placed in a well connected neighborhood.

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I hunted down an associate who informed me that only someone from Electronics can unlock the paint. Great! Except the Electronics line was approximately the length of a Disney ride on a Saturday. (During spring break) So unless you enjoy scavenger hunts and standing in long lines for basic service, I'd steer clear of this place. Bring snacks if you're feeling brave. And maybe a razor, possibly a toothbrush! Change of clothes?
