My review is of LABCORP inside Walgreens NOT Walgreens. If I could give zero stars I would. In all my years, I've been to many Labcorps both by appointment and as a walkin and I have to say I've never experienced such rude, unprofessional and completely immature untrained personnel who quite frankly collect a paycheck for playing on their cellphones. I arrived and signed in to drop off a sensitive medical sample as directed by my physician. After signing in using the electronic monitor I waited outside the door for 30 minutes. Assuming the office was full of patients who arrived before me I waited outside the door. Finally the door opened with two lab techs there and no other clients. I entered the office and witnessed one attend to my sample which included phoning her supervisor since she was completely uneducated on what to do while the other tech scroller social media the 20 minutes while I was there leaving the next client sitting outside. I don't think Labcorp would appreciate knowing they pay their techs to do nothing. They were both rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning and will be bringing this to someone's attention. read more

Even if you're barely breathing, it should be very apparent that the major pharmacy chains want to get into the primary care business big time and have redesigned many of their stores to accommodate examining rooms and clinics. The Walgreens in Franklin Park, NJ is no exception allowing you to treat your pesky bunions and that damn goiter in between the Russel Stover candy displays, hemorrhoid salves and the endless array of trail mix and greeting cards. The only thing missing from this medical oasis is a restroom, non-binary or otherwise. I suspect if I had to pee in a cup, I'd shuffle off to the parking lot. Considering they have a full aisle of incontinence products, this glaring oversight seems a bit cruel. Good thinking guys. Two stars. read more

If you have any choice at all, do not use this pharmacy. My script has been sitting with them for over a day, I called THREE separate times today (1st time they said they'll have it in an hour, second time they said they'll need another hour, third time they said for sure in one hour it will be ready!) and when I showed up the pharmacist just sneered and said "it's too early to refill come back another time". Extremely unprofessional and incompetent, would you trust them to fill your script properly if they can't figure out when a refill is available? Or just pure negligence and disdain for the customers time? Either way will not be going ever again. 0/10 read more

I think the problems experienced may be somewhat indicative of the Walgreens chain and not necessarily this store itself. A couple of times I would go there and the store would be closed during open hours due to power outage. One time I went there and nobody opened up the store. Another time their system rejected my card. My pharmacy plan had to call them and confirm my active coverage. They said they were getting calls from Optum customers that Walgreens was kicking their customers eligibility out of the system due to IT issues. read more

The worst pharmacy team you can expect. I was on the phone waiting to speak with the pharmacist for over 40 mins. Then a woman picked up the phone and said hold please... then the call went somewhere else and it just kept ringing and ringing, and then the call was hung up. I will never use this store again. Went into store yesterday for a regular flu shot. Flustered woman working in pharmacy told me I needed an appointment. Not very nicely. Went across the street to Walmart no appointment needed received flu shot from pharmacist and never felt the shot. Very well run pharmacy in Walmart. Got my shot with no wait time. read more

This is the last time I ever use this pharmacy. The lines are always ten people deep and the prescriptions are never ready this morning I got a text that my meds were ready at 9 am. When I got there at noon to pick them up, the girl working informed me It would be ten more minutes. Thirty minutes later I receive another text my meds are ready for pick up and I'm sitting in there store STILL WAITING. Never again. Give them two stars because the staff is great. I have to wait a minimum 10 minutes at the drive-thru or at the cash register everytime I stop by for a Pick up. They are beyond under staffed! Hey it together Walgreens! This is the closest one to my house and I have been using Walgreens for years ago I find it hard to switch! This place is love and hate place. I love it because it's close by. I hate it it take freaking long time in pharmacy line. Especially in drive through. You could easily sit out side of your car for good 30 mins. To pick up your medicine. Even you go inside of the store it's pretty much simillar story. Long line at pharmacy line. Hire more pharmacy people. Cheap basters. They don't care about the people waiti ng in the line. Only thing they care is profit. Btw, last time they have me someone else's medicine. Walgreens on Route 27 is a typical pharmacy with store attached. Prices are above average for most items so I only utilize this pharmacy for buying medicine. A bonus is the Redbox outside, as their are two machines, and some of the staff. If there is a line to pay, it can take quite some time to be helped. read more

Literally, the slowest pharmacy ever. I understand if a place is understaffed and struggling with tons of customers but there have definitely been times where I've stood at the window for 10 minutes, and it being clear that there aren't any customers inside. The location itself is very convenient and has what I need, plus its 24/7 but they really need to fix the customer service issues. read more

5 stars for Calvin!!! I'm waiting for my Rx so I'm watching and listening to senior after senior picking up or dropping off their Rx. Calvin is engaging with each person. Calling them by name. Enquiring about their health, their day, their family. It is so nice to see!! Such a sweet guy and actually seems to care! Sees each individual as a person rather than a prescription! I hope his kindness rubs off onto the rest of the team here. I've had a couple of rude encounters with a certain cashier. But Calvin is a breath of fresh air!! Well done Calvin!!!! read more

Often stop in here to shop for medicine or snacks. In order to shop here you should have a Walgreen store card to get the discounts. The cashier is always pleasant but the prices are a tiny bit high. read more

For the love of all that is good and holy in the universe, get more personnel! I just can't even handle this Walgreens anymore. The non-pharmacy personnel at this Walgreens are actually pretty decent - competent, professional. The "Be well!" gets grating, but I assume they're required to say that. But there is typically only one cashier working, and a long line of customers. It doesn't help that the last three times I was in there, I was stuck behind customers arguing with the clerks about the wording of coupons. Yeah. The last THREE times. The pharmacy is a different, far more dismal, story. I went in with my elderly mother to get her a pertussis shot. They told her that her insurance card was no longer valid (she had used it at a different pharmacy, and has since used it at another pharmacy, and it is valid). So she said she'd pay out of pocket for the vaccine. They said they had it and we'd just have to wait for the person who was going to administer it. We waited 30 minutes. We got antsy and asked about the status of the shot. We were told that they were just in the process of preparing it. Ten more minutes. Then the clerk said, "Don't shoot me, but..." and proceeded to tell me the pertussis shot was not in stock. Oh, so you lied when you said you were preparing it? Today I waited in a line of twelve people, served by one pharmacy clerk, just to drop off a prescription. Why do I keep going back here? I must be a masochist. read more

Truly deserves 0 stars, read the other reviews if you have any doubts. Been coming here for years and today was finally the last straw. You would think a pharmacy employee would know better than to shout " I can't find your medications, what meds are you here for." This is the slowest pharmacy with the worst customer service. They never have their act together and always seem to need help finding your medications and prescriptions. I asked to speak to the manager (Dina) today and she refused to come out to speak to me. Instead she had an employee, Minish Patel, yell to me "what do you want, we're busy, what meds are you here for". Go to the CVS, target, or any other place that isn't this Walgreens. read more

This review mainly applies to the pharmacy. Yet again, this is another Walgreens pharmacy with horrendous service. I came in to drop off a prescription. There were two pharmacy techs at the drop-off counter. One was on the phone, the other using the computer. I waited for five minutes without a SINGLE word of acknowledgment (I also had an antsy 10-month old in my arms). I finally took a peek in to see if anyone else was working, and the one worker glared at me, saying "we're in the middle of doing something." I responded that I would have appreciated an acknowledgment while I was waiting, to be met with two pairs of rolled eyes. Well, that was the end of my wait, and I walked out, went down the street to CVS, and was met with wonderful customer service. I don't plan on ever entering this Walgreens again. read more

I attempted to get some pictures developed here and they LOST my photo order. After speaking with several managers and leaving my contact information, they simply passed the buck and the problem on to the next person. It's been several months and no pictures, no call, no concern. I eventually gave up on this situation as I got tired of all the blank, clueless stares. The pharmacy is definitely hit or miss. Poor customer service. Yes the pharmacy is 24 hours, that's why i thought it would be an efficient and fully functioning pharmacy, but its not. Basic medication orders take up to 48 hours before you receive it and take it home. I went to the pharmacy, given a partial and told to come back later in the day. Came back in the evening and told to sit and wait. One hour after waiting, I am told the medication was not RESERVED for me. WHat the !!!! They have nearly 10 people running around in the pharmacy and it is not being run efficiently. And if there is a sale with rebates, don't expect to get the rebate. The clerk I asked said she does not know where the book is for the rebates and left it at that. How hard is it to get a piece of paper! read more

I agree with the previous review. Nothing has changed in 2 years. The pharmacy is still horrible. The people are unfriendly, and very slow. If you come in to fill a prescription while you wait, you better have at least an hour on your hands. They may tell you 30 minutes, but it will be more than that. And if you check back in 30 minutes after wandering around the store, they do glare at you and reply harshly if you ask how much longer it will take. One time I was there, and when I had just arrived, there was a man standing in front of me who was trying to speak to someone because they had given him the wrong prescription, which he had almost taken and would have had near-fatal results if he hadn't noticed the drug was different from what his doctor had prescribed. This place is horrible. 3 prescriptions written on one order only got filled one, then they forgot about the other 2. I sat there and waited for about 40 minutes. During my waiting period, a customer came here because they filled the wrong amount 1000MG instead of 500MG. Seriously this pharmacy needs some change.
