We kindly asked for our deposit money back as we had given ample amount of notice, we were happy to pay the full deposit amount until the date of our wedding had been booked by somebody else and if the date had not been filled we were willing to have Waterfront on the pier retain our deposit. She has been nothing but rude and insensitive towards the situation and myself.
