Lamb souvlaki French fries Greeks salad - A white plate contains crinkle-cut fries and seasoned beef pieces, with a fork resting on the plate. The table also has a salad, a basket of bread with napkins, a small cup of dipping sauce, and a large glass of ice water. The setting appears to be inside a casual restaurant with wooden chairs and a stone wall in the background.

This is the best restaurant for any kind of Mediterranean dish you could possibly desire everyone is wonderful and nice here definitely sit down and eat there!! Everything is filled with traditional ingredients and spices I recommend trying the lamb souvlaki with side of dolma!! Have a cup of Türk Kahvesi (Turkish coffee) before you leave.

Fantastic! We ordered food for 7 people and each thing was better than the next! The food was super fresh and portions were large. There were no complaints. Hubby said this will be his new go to for Greek salad with many big chunks of kebab chicken. My favorites were the grape leaves, the shepard salad, greek salad, beans, the Adana kebob, and the custard dessert with the burnt sugar top.

Large Greek salad with chicken - A large Greek salad with grilled chicken pieces on top, accompanied by cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and dark leafy greens, served in a disposable foil container. The salad includes fresh vegetables and grilled chicken, typical of Mediterranean cuisine.

Past this place alot, first time in. Owners are actually Turkish. No matter, the food seems very good and fresh.we ordered 2 large Greek salads, one with lamb kabob the other with chicken. Lamb didn't taste like lamb more like steak,no matter it was very tender and tasty. The chicken was also very good. The dressings are pretty typical Greek dressing and the other is the white sauce with cucumber. It's like the gyro sauce. The spinach pie was really good but not flaky like the real Greek kind. I'm assuming this is a Turkish version. We ordered two, they were gone in no time. I will return and use this store again. There's other meals I want to try. I would say pricing is reasonable for the amount of food received. I will amend my review as I try different foods. I do recommend this place for you Mediterranean needs...

This place used to be of my favorite places, even though the prices are high for the location. Decided to visit tonight for dinner, order a whole brazini (fish) with salad & rice, and ordered coffee However, the owner of the restaurant was the waitress training another waitress during rush hour, my coffee arrived SUPER late, salad and same late too, salad was mediocre, dressing tasted like white vinegar (horrible) once I was with soup & salad, was told they were out Branzini (fish) they offered a sea bass, which arrived like 45- 60 mns late, the chef was alone in the kitchen very overwhelmed with all the orders, my fish came out uncooked/ raw and the owner most fishy are like that... REALLY now, I was like WOW... I didn't no apology or was offered a different meal, they charged for everything and not even apology. I don't recommend this place, owner is nasty, rude & obnoxious...

This is a local mom and pop family run establishment. The staff is super friendly and always happy to serve you the freshest and most delicious dishes. The price is very good for the portion you get. And the food is always top quality fresh and delicious. Make it a point to stop there and say hi and grab a bite to eat.

There is seating available (4 tables) and you order at the deli counter. The service was great too- they told us ahead of time it may take some time to prepare what we ordered and made sure to bring it out once ready The food was delicious, very pleasant! We had: -Lahmacun: (A Turkish style pizza, flatbread dough topped with ground lamb.) this was so tasty!!! It was so fresh and the lamb was very well seasoned. It comes paired with lettuce, onions, and a lemon which you can add to it. -Kofte Kebab and Chicken Shish kebab platter: we asked if we could order the meats we wanted to eat and the owner said we could mix and match 2. We chose the kofte and chicken kebab an it Came plated with rice, bread, and salad. Everything was so good! The chicken was tender and tasty, and the kofta was also tasty although I may say a bit dry. Still good. The bread was a pleasant experience- it had been grilled a bit an had the flavors of the chicken and kofte on it. The salad was fresh too! Overall good experience- definitely check it out if you're in the mood for Turkish food!

Saray Turkish Restaurant - Chicken Rice Soup

Back around 2010ish my friends convinced me to try Saray Turkish Restaurant. I didn't really know…read morewhat I was getting into quality wise but I remember being pleasantly surprised by how good and fresh the food was. There was such great attention to detail that it quickly became one of my favorite restaurants. I recently returned with my pastor for a visit and we both had an excellent lunch! We arrived and were able to be seated quickly since it was a slow weekday, only 8 other people in the restaurant. We sat down and both got a couple of kebab combos, a shepherd's salad, with a mixed hummus and baba ghanoush appetizer. They also bring out house made bread, still hot out of the over. Their bread is fantastic, unfortunately both of us are avoiding carbs so we added it to the to go bag for family. The service at Saray is good, the staff is always friendly. One thing I love about Saray is that they don't rush you out like so many other restaurants do. That being said, if you want the check you may need to flag one of the staff members down or get their attention to get the bill. If you have the disposition of a squirrel this may make you uncomfortable but keep in mind they're not ignoring you; they are just letting you stay as long as you like. From what I heard that's more how they treat you at restaurants in Europe, where your table is yours till you leave. I prefer that than feeling like I'm disrupting an assembly line by not leaving immediately after finishing dinner. Anyway our food came hot out of the oven. I ordered a kofte and donner kebab combo. Kofte is like a Turkish meatball while donner is a lamb and beef blend roasted on a spit. My friend order chicken shish and kofte kebab. The food was cooked very nicely and as always had great flavor to it. The only gripes I could think of at Saray over the years is here or there the rice was a little on the soggy side. Also a few times the donner kebab, the one roasted on a spit, was a little dryer than other times but that's not the end of the world in my mind; plus I've never experienced that with their other kebab choices. If you're rather hungry I'd recommend trying the mixed grill as it's kind of a sample kebab platter. And the Iskender kebab, lamb with tomato sauce and in house made bread, is also a fantastic choice! The atmosphere at Saray can range from a perfect quite date spot to rather boisterous with families and couples filling the restaurant; although generally most of the time it's a relatively calm atmosphere. Keep in mind too that they can be fairly busy at different times, I've gone in there on a Tuesday night and it's been more packed than a Friday, although more often than not the weekends are their busiest days. Saray can be a bit pricey but so is everything these days and they give you decent sized portions. Saray is a model for consistency, they have been on point with their food for years. If you like Turkish food or if you would like to try something new, give Saray a try; they are fantastic!

Our waiter Oulas, (please forgive the spelling that I have probably butchered) was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and accommodating, he told us stories of Turkey and Himself. It made it a really was and special experience that made us feel more like family than just customers. I will be back! Oh and watch out for that hot green pepper on the entrees! That thing will burn your tongue off haha!
