It was nice to be able to sit and enjoy food and chat in a spacious and friendly space. Food was great and we were happy to try something different. Cauliflower appetizer was flavorful and cooked just right. We shared the mixed grill and beef shawarma/ both excellent. They were a bit slight on the pita bread with each meal but happy to supply us with extra. Takeout or sit and be served, you won't be disappointed at this new gem. read more

We were looking forward to this dinner with friends who loved the place. Sat down at 6:15 and ordered apps. About 30 minutes later owner's son came back to ask us again what we ordered (he was the one who took our order in the beginning). We got our apps at 7. We ordered dinner at that time. At 8:30 no dinner and we had not seen the owners son again. 6 or 7 tables were seated after us and had been served, finished and left. Never have done this before but we just got up and left. Horrible experience and we will never again support this business. read more

My husband and I love Mediterranean food. We decided to share the Hummus ( seemed extra creamy like a lot of tahini sauce but good, was not a fan of the whole chick pea and sliced tomato garnish. Delicious and authentic food with some unique options not available anywhere else locally like the smoky Basturma Armenian curing meat - this is now a new favorite of my son! The last time I had a good lamb shawarma was in Manhattan, but in my opinion, the one here is the best one I've ever had, and again - not something available elsewhere in the valley! If you are getting a sandwich of any kind, go for the one with their fresh Saj bread - it is so fresh and delicious! Besides the wonderful experience with the food, the atmosphere is cozy, and service is also top-tier, as the owners are so friendly and obviously take pride in their food and restaurant experience! we are definitely coming back here again soon!!! read more

Hands down the best Mediterranean food I have had in the Lehigh Valley. Saw the previous reviews and thought no way could it be that amazing, but it truly is. To start we had the basturma, a cured meat I had not experienced before. Quite savory and enjoyable. I had the lamb shawarma and my husband had the shish taouk. The shawarma achieved a level of flavor that is hard to put into words. Let's just say when you take that first bite, you emit an involuntary groan of pleasure. The chicken in the shish taouk was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. The place has a lovely decor and a relaxing atmosphere. It's BYO, which is always a plus for me. But maybe the best thing about Mediterranean Grill is the family that owns it. Such gracious and generous people, who humbly but rightfully take great pride in what they have to offer. Just had lunch here for the first time and it was amazing. My friend and I split the fattoush and chicken shawarma. Randa, our server and I believe one of the owners, could not have been nicer. The complimentary pita chips and olives were both delicious. The salad was fresh and light and the shawarma was beautifully presented. The homemade saj was thin and allowed the other flavors to shine. She also brought us some homemade hummus and labne to sample, on the house. Both were delicious.
