You go order at the counter or at the kiosk, then pick up the food at the other window. Even though they have a sign apologizing for short staff, the service is still great. Every single staff who helped us today do represent the "southern hospitality". Everybody went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. The food is also great. We got the hog pen, fried pickle (very good. I think they use corn batter), BBQ tray, pulled pork sandwich, the burnt end, and hamburger. Everything was good. The place looks cool. The woman at the counter was very helpful and kind. Some places the workers will get frustrated at explaining their menu or way of doing things. Not here. She took her time, answered my questions, and made sure I got the best value when putting together my order. Inside and outside are extremely clean, and there's lots of good signs and props outside for family pictures.
