I called them and asked if they had pasture raised eggs and they did. This farm stand is so cute and right off of US-33. As soon as you walk in, abundant buckets of colorful fruit and vegetables greet you. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even have some misfit produce available at a discounted rate. A lady there took a whole bucket of plump peaches home for really cheap. Everything is grown or produced locally which I found fascinating. The blackberries and cherries I got from here were absolutely divine and the non-GMO eggs I got from here also tasted amazing. They had tons of varieties of heirloom tomatoes and had fridges full of locally produced cheeses, desserts and other milk products. As well as meats and baked goods. Pies, smoothies, trifles, ice cream. Yum!! We purchased a bushel of apples on our last visit, which we cored/peeled/sliced using an inexpensive gadget from Target or Ace Hardware(?). Froze on cookie sheets then transferred to gallon bags. We bought some that were a bit soft for pie--maybe because we froze them?--but are great dehydrated (for us & our dogs!) or made into apple butter. (Pies? Ask for the firmest apple.)

I'm a big fan of buying local honey and they have a wide variety of flavors from different farms around Virginia! The restaurant part of the business is phenomenal too! The food is fresh, mostly made to order, and tastes amazing, definitely give the tallow fries a try!! They have a wide variety of seating areas where you can enjoy your food, in the farmer's market area at a picnic table, or outside at a cute little coffee table, or in the greenhouse surrounded by lush plant life (my personal favorite). The staff is friendly, they wont bother you while you browse, but they are happy to answer any questions.
