I was told the tech checked everything, blew out the lines and pronounced it "okay" the only problem is it wasn't fixed. The windshield washer does not squirt water onto the windshield I made another appointment for February 9th 2026 (by this time the car is out of warranty) to have the washer motor replaced. Once again the tech blew out the lines and allegedly tested the washer and it worked. When I picked up the car ... as to be expected ... the windshield washer did not work. When I asked to speak to the tech, I was told that "he just went to lunch". How convenient. My second issue involves changing ... or rather not changing the brake fluid. I wrote on my workorder "flush/refill brake fluid". A reasonably straight forward request ... written in English. That work wasn't done because the tech ran diagnostics on the brake system - something I DID NOT REQUEST - and found no error codes. Okay .. but I did not ask them to run any diagnostics ... it was written very clearly on the workorder to "flush/refill brake fluid". I guess this is a situation where technicians of dubious capabilities determine what they will and will not fix. And the dealership doesn't care. That has to be the most idiotic way to run a service business. I believe it's safe to say I will not take my car to Metro Ford again.

You tell them what's going on with the car and they telling you nothing could happen today and didn't make an appointment for the next time. Corine is the person we talk to today and she was rude as hell. She is not the person to met people at all. This car was on recall for many things, I had to call a dealer to get the recall documents and she now saying she don't need them. The last time we took the car in they didn't take the car cause we didn't have the same paper she didn't take today. Costumers services training is needed. I was going to get another car but it won't be there now. Diane

Really wish I would have googled this place before we walked on the lot. These countless one star…read morereviews really tell the truth. Shady, making empty promises and bottom line selling you a complete trash car without remorse. We were looking for a used SUV and saw a Ford Explorer with very low mileage (we are assuming this must be rigged cause the car has way to many issues for the mileage) on the lot. Test drove it with their employee Rodrigo, who was honestly the best part about this terrible company, such a nice guy. While test driving we already discovered some issues that we were promised by management would be fully addressed and repaired before we get the 'marbete' and drive off the lot. Basically promised we'd get a functioning car that's safe to drive. These words couldn't have been more wrong. We addressed an engine light and rattling before purchase and not only did they never fix any of the obvious things, but overall they were far more eager to tell us that cars are sold 'as is' and as soon as we drive off the lot there would be no warranty than giving us a functioning and safe car to drive off with. That fact was repeated several times! Now since we bought it last December we have had to soon address: rattling (new muffler) $180, engine light (starter broken) $130, new transmission $1500, radiator leak $60 and now the final straw is a major motor part is broken, so we'd now have to put in another $1000 for repairs and labor. We had it less than a year, and having to spend close to 3k for a car that was 4k (overpriced to begin with for the model) from the start with little mileage and from 2004 makes you realize what crooks they are. Not to mention the issues we had picking it up as we had to return several times and extend our rental car because we were told repeatedly it would be ready to go at a certain time, nobody notified us and we had to return to Carolina days later since they keep delaying it and fixing other cars that were sold after ours. I would has far as calling them a scam as they are not concerned to sell you a safe vehicle at all. Rude, disappointing, no customer service and really the best word is CROOKS.

I bought my CR-V from Triangle Honda in 2020. Taking it for service has been a relative pleasure. I…read morecan make an appointment online, service always takes less time than estimated, and I wait in a comfortable waiting room with TV and internet. However, a recent experience truly showed just how excellent their service is. - My wife had a recent accident with our CR-V, destroying much of the front of the car, below the bumper. I took it to Triangle Honda. Putting the car on a lift for the insurance company appraiser, they felt that I'd be best served if the obvious repairs were handled by a body shop. The Triangle service representative, Emmanuel Esteves, coordinated with the insurance company claims adjuster, the body shop recommended by the insurer, and the towing company. He provided all with his personal mobile number, in addition to his work number and email. They stored the vehicle for a week before the towing company picked the car up. I received an invoice from Triangle, provided so that I would have a record that the vehicle was at Triangle from the time of the accident until the towing company picked it up. Although the invoice provides some details of which technicians worked on the vehicle, there were no charges for labor or storage, let alone the services of the service representative, who helped expedite processing with the insurer. When the body shop returns my car, I'll have Triangle run diagnostics to make sure that there's no hidden issues. The recent level of service was all that I could have hoped for, and it helped avoid what might have been a very stressful situation.
