The hubby and I have had our experiences with Metro Ford through both of our companies. They are the cheapest place on island to get bigger car repair jobs done and because they are part of Ford they can easily gets parts into the territory which is a pain in the a$$ to do. Other mechanic shops will have you order and pick up your parts yourself, who has time for that nonsense? The hubby has had great experiences with customer service for his companies vehicles and turn around times pre- hurricane however post hurricane there seems to be a lot of communication issues even though their location has power again. The follow up is lacking ( we have to go there constantly for updates on estimates, invoicing and repair work) and hopefully it'll get better as the island recovers. It also looks like getting parts is taking 10 times longer now than it used to.
My company purchased a vehicle from these folks earlier this year and it was a very easy process with them. They had actually custom ordered a vehicle for us, specific for our driving needs. We needed the car quickly because the one we had was on its last ounce of life left and Metro Ford came through for us just in time.
We highly recommend these guys as a dealer and car repair shop. Even though they are slower
and a little more complicated to work with post hurricane, once the island recovers I know they'll be back to how they used to operate before.
