Really wish I would have googled this place before we walked on the lot. These countless one star…read morereviews really tell the truth. Shady, making empty promises and bottom line selling you a complete trash car without remorse. We were looking for a used SUV and saw a Ford Explorer with very low mileage (we are assuming this must be rigged cause the car has way to many issues for the mileage) on the lot. Test drove it with their employee Rodrigo, who was honestly the best part about this terrible company, such a nice guy. While test driving we already discovered some issues that we were promised by management would be fully addressed and repaired before we get the 'marbete' and drive off the lot. Basically promised we'd get a functioning car that's safe to drive. These words couldn't have been more wrong. We addressed an engine light and rattling before purchase and not only did they never fix any of the obvious things, but overall they were far more eager to tell us that cars are sold 'as is' and as soon as we drive off the lot there would be no warranty than giving us a functioning and safe car to drive off with. That fact was repeated several times! Now since we bought it last December we have had to soon address: rattling (new muffler) $180, engine light (starter broken) $130, new transmission $1500, radiator leak $60 and now the final straw is a major motor part is broken, so we'd now have to put in another $1000 for repairs and labor. We had it less than a year, and having to spend close to 3k for a car that was 4k (overpriced to begin with for the model) from the start with little mileage and from 2004 makes you realize what crooks they are. Not to mention the issues we had picking it up as we had to return several times and extend our rental car because we were told repeatedly it would be ready to go at a certain time, nobody notified us and we had to return to Carolina days later since they keep delaying it and fixing other cars that were sold after ours. I would has far as calling them a scam as they are not concerned to sell you a safe vehicle at all. Rude, disappointing, no customer service and really the best word is CROOKS.
