It was not good for a long time, but I see a strong and focused improvement on management of scheduling, staff, procedures and wait time reduction in the past number of months. I went there just yesterday and got a series of labs completed. They now have two screens for sign ins, and it is quick and easy. There is also a screen to see when you signed in and where you are in the waiting process. Did not have an appointment but was there less than 20 minutes before they took me back for labs. They now come to the lab entry door and loudly call out the name of each patient (to ensure no one misses their appointment) to come into the lab rooms for services. It was quick and easy and I saw people walking in and out for services within 20 minutes. I visit there frequently and see a big change for the better Courteous lab worker carefully and quickly took my samples and I was out of the lab area in less than 15 minutes. The Health Park is a beautiful facility and we always enjoy going there for physician, OT and PT and other services. Nice cafe downstairs with food, sandwiches, and coffee too that is just steps away from the lab area.

Parking was easy (and free)…read more The imaging center was easy to find - it's next to the entrance to the main hospital and has a large letter marker on it so you can see it. I walked in and essentially had no wait. The workers were courteous. I liked the CT technician, he was really nice. Everything was super fast and easy. It was so quiet walking through the area in there! It was a little spooky actually lol. My scan was at 4:30 so maybe everything else was wrapped up for the day already. Either way I don't mind, everything was finished before 4:30 even hit! This imaging center is very professional and seems to be running very smoothly. Hopefully I don't need anymore scans, but if I do there's a good chance I'll be back!

I came by today to have my blood drawn for my allergist and it went very smoothly. I have been to other Labcorps in the past that were a nightmare. This location was not one. This Labcorp is near me and when I saw it was in a Walgreens I went for it - some are inside large buildings and have difficult parking and I wanted to avoid that. I'm glad I did. I was in and out super easy. The person who took my blood seemed to be the woman in charge of this spot and she was great. Friendly, fast, and great at drawing blood. Good quality care. I have had veins blown a handful of times (maybe mine are sensitive lol) but this time I was only left with the smallest red dot. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes after checking in before I was called back. I was a walk-in, didn't make an appointment. Overall: the parking was easy, location was convenient, wait was short, and the workers were skilled and friendly. If I need any blood work again I'm specifically coming here!

I never even felt the needle at all and she found a vein and knew which one to poke all in less than a minute. Usually I have very bad experiences with bloodwork because my veins aren't that easy to find and poke. I'll definitely be back here for my future bloodwork.
