I paid a lot of money for these results, not to be explained to me. I must take them to a provider for further explanation. I just wanted to know if I was in the normal range, not a diagnosis. Would not recommend this company, would never purchase again!!! Very disappointed!!!! read more

I thought that the money that I paid included a follow up from a medical doctor. So I paid hundreds of dollars for bloodwork for thyroid and iron only to be told to pay an additional $129.00 for a doctor to explain. An office visit to a brick and mortar doctor costs less than that. Ridiculous. read more

Well I found this service excellent! I had a complete Thyroid panel (because my Endo would not do more than TSH and T4) and discovered the root of my problem. My own Endo could have done this two years ago - but like many others, just would not! It took minutes to review the tests offered and a few more minutes to order the appropriate one. I got briefly stuck on something and called the lab, a very nice polite person told me what to do and the process was complete. Dr Brady called right on time and gave good, sensible advice. I recommend this online process to everyone who is not getting good treatment from their doctor. read more

I did labs. They came in quickly and responded to emails promptly initially. After I recieved results, I noticed 5 of results in my panel said "will follow" and were incomplete. I emailed them 8 times over the course of 3 weeks with no response and called multiple times as well leaving voicemails with no return call. I have recieved no answers or response to why my bloodwork was not complete. The incomplete results were the 5 most important in my prenatal panel. I am disappointed and dissatisfied. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau as they have not competed the services paid. read more

Spent a week trying to contact them via all of the their contact methods and never got a response. Luckily contacted LabCorp directly as well and they had my lab results up on their own portal for a week before I ever received them from True Health Labs. read more

I have nothing negative to say about the way True Health Labs provided me with the written order for lab tests, or the timely way I received my results via email. My only issue, which for me is kind of a big issue, is that they tell you on the website you can submit your invoice to your health insurer for reimbursement because they give you CPT codes. What they do not tell you is that many health insurers (mine one of them) require ICD-10 Diagnostic codes. True Health Labs apparently cannot provide these codes. A very expensive lesson I have learned after the fact. read more

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company, ordering the test was easy, cheap and fast and getting my results were just the same. To my delight it was topped off with a surprisingly knowledgable doctor, Dr.Brady Hurst, who actually knew about my rare condition and gave his advice on how to treat it. Ordering lab tests online saves time, money, and protects privacy since direct lab tests are not considered part of your medical records. How does it work? Dr. Brady Hurst is the founder and CEO of True Health Labs, the leader in direct access lab testing. Dr. Hurst is a Functional Medicine doctor with an emphasis in neurology and clinical nutrition. He founded True Health Center for Functional Medicine in 2006. In the beginning, the clinic allowed patient to use there insurance freely. As insurance companies covered less and less of patient care, many of them were receiving surprise bills, some in the thousands of dollars. What was the biggest cost? Lab tests. Tests that would have cost the patient $100 out-of-pocket, now were having to pay $800+. This is when Dr. Hurst decided to create the website, TrueHelathLabs.com. It was so quiet walking through the area in there! It was a little spooky actually lol. My scan was at 4:30 so maybe everything else was wrapped up for the day already. Wow-I am so glad this business exists! I was able to order a test through them that definitively diagnosed a disease I've been battling for 6 years. I knew in my heart all along that I was battling this disease, but was unable to get treatment or even support from doctors because I lacked the supporting diagnostic tests to "prove" it. I had a very good experience with the True Health Labs. I did the MRT allergy test. The results came with an extensive booklet explaining all aspects of the recommended diet. You get a customized diet plan based on your results. The telephone conversation also was very good as Dr Brady Hurst answered all my questions and gave ma an additional hint after telling him about my condition.
