This location of Quest Diagnostics is located off of Medical Park Drive near the hospital on Austell Road. It sits on the first floor of an unassuming medical building. I was referred to Quest for a pre-employment screen. I did have some frustration when calling in, as there was no way to get to an agent and the voice scheduler was always busy. I ended up making my way to the website and while they stated that walk-ins were welcomed, they were not guaranteed and recommended an appointment...so, an appointment is what I did. My appointment was at 2:45 PM and I arrived about 30 minutes early. The check in process was seamless and done through a self-serve kiosk. Once signed in, my wait was less than 5 minutes. Once in the back I completed all the preliminary paperwork needed and waited for the restroom to open. They do only have one restroom where screens are completed, so I can see how there could be a wait when they get busy. Once open, I did my thing, initialed and went on about my day. The process in whole, even with a little waiting took me around 20 - 25 minutes. My only gripe is the service here. It can be uncomfortable or uneasy for folks to complete screens or tests of any variety, so a slightly better attitude could help calm folks. The Associate who helped me was cold and short in responses. I am not a frequenter of Quest, but if the need arises in the future I would have no issue coming back to this location. read more

I came in at 1pm as a walk-in for a simple drug screening. The email I received from the employer said nothing about appointments required. I arrived, checked in on the kiosk and it told me that my appointment had been scheduled for 3pm!!. So here I was after drinking tons of water to prepare for a urinalysis and now there's a 2 hour delay. I knocked on the glass door for assistance and S. Johnson was the rudest lady to encounter. Her attitude was very nonchalant and dismissive. No concern for my drive there or the fact that I was working as well. No concern that I had to really use the restroom. My kidneys were full! Just rude overall. Lapcorp on the next street over takes walk ins and you're in and out so I wasn't expecting the delay. When I came back at 3 the lady who actually took my test was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and empathetic. But the other lady that I'd encountered earlier just laughed as I walked by. I then expressed how she made me feel earlier and she just stated she was working alone and had others ahead of me. For this reason, I would never use Quest Diagnostic again! read more

Horrible Experience. Arrived at 1:30 for my 1:45 appointment that I booked on line 3 days prior. Was taken back at 2:10 only after I found someone and told them I had an appointment or else I'd still be waiting. Don't even consider coming if you don't have an appointment. There were 17 people crammed into the waiting room that had 12 chairs. No tables or magazines. There was no receptionist, either, just a small touch screen device to sign in. Being in the medical field, I wondered when the last time they cleaned the device, which must be covered in germs. The room smelled like Urine. I had to talk myself into not leaving. Once taken to the back, the worker was pleasant but way overworked. I suggested they needed more staff and she just shrugged and said "As if". Disgusting: The whole time she wore the same pair of purple gloves. I mean the whole time - Same Pair - when she was holding other people's blood samples, typing on the computer, giving me a key to the lock box, pouring urine from one cup to another, handing me paperwork, holding my license, etc. - Same pair of gloves. Ever hear of contamination? I wiped my license down with Lysol when I got home. This place has had multiple Negative reviews with responses from their 'customer service' thanking them for the information but it appears there has been no improvement. read more

Had a great experience here. My appointment was for 1:45 I arrived at 1:30 and scanned in using my email. I sat down for less than 5 minutes and was called to the back. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. read more

Arrived here at 1:45 and was already sitting in my car by 2 o'clock. Very clean and neat facility. The staff is also very friendly. Of course your items are locked up tight during a drug test & there's also a spot for your things if you're giving blood. Quick & easy! read more

Ugh at this point why are these "no customer service" places still open? People come here for more than just drug testing and the wait is ridiculous. I wish they had competition, because there is just no excuse to wait endlessly for a quick process in a place that has such terrible operating hours. read more

Terrible service. Will put absolutely anyone in front of you. You'll wait for hours for the simplest things such as an preemployment drug test meanwhile the receptionist is just running around socializing and taking personal calls. read more

If I could give them a No Star Review I easily would! You try calling the place and 1) it's worse automated system ever 2) doesn't tell you hours that are actually correct. I have to take a drug test screening and the first time I tried the message says they're open, get there and they closed at noon. Second day, I get here a little before noon and they are closed from 12-130 from drug screening. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ONLINE OR ANYWHERE???? They are the worse!!!! read more

Appointments mean nothing at this location. You will wait regardless. My appointment was at 8:45, I arrived at 8:40 and I was seen at 9:05, only after the tech called 4 people ahead of me and only 1 of the 4 had an appointment before mines. The other 3 were walk-ins, I know because I asked. I would have been waiting longer if the guy that the tech called before me had not requested to let me go ahead of him because I had an appointment and he did not. read more

Do not come to this place. Avoid it at all cost. If you are here for a drug test, they have only one bathroom, you will be here forever. It took me 1.5 hour for a 30 second pee in a cup. read more
