As a designer, I'm very particular about spacing so I knew I wanted the TV exactly 5" above the top of our media console and directly centered on our wall and he did a great job getting those specs as perfect as possible. It should be mounted so that the center of the screen is around eye-height when seated. The best seats in the theater are center, eye level. Not up front looking up or up top looking down. Steve is fantastic ... excellent communication throughout the process, including giving recommendations prior to his arrival. As others have stated, he saved me $$$ by going with another TV mount. He was able to navigate the "Rolando / El Cerrito 45 degree fire wall break" (apparently common in older houses in my area) so that the wires would hide inside the wall. It wasn't easy, but he handled it without complaints and had the tools to get it done. Steve also listened to what I wanted to do in the future, and installed not only the cables I would need, but the additional outlet behind the TV to plug the soundbar into.
