The owner came to my home looked over the house and I told him what we wanted done. He said he didn't know if he could do all we wanted with our budget. So I up'd our budget by 10K. When he got ready to leave he told me that someone from his business would be contacting me in a couple of weeks to come out and take some measurements and that if I had not heard from them within 3 weeks to give him a call, you have my cell phone number. Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.

I turned around and he was heading to the sign solutions and graphics truck, he unlocked the truck and I said what is he doing and my daughter says he's beating his dog. It was a boxer or that type and I have seen it at his business I yelled hey stop hitting him and he proceeded to get in his truck. I don't know about how other people feel but I won't do business with someone who mistreats their dog especially since he was the one who chose to put him in the truck and then proceeded to leave him in the truck alone while he shopped. Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed. I have also asked for a refund and am being ignored. So I am going to have to pay another company to fix what I already paid to have done. Horrible service. Not how you do business at all.
