We hired Relidy to design our new website and two brochures. The process was incredibly…read moreunprofessional throughout and I would urge anyone who is considering this company to reconsider. Upon finding out that the website we paid a significant sum of money for would not be updateable with new pages unless we paid an exorbitant amount of money to Relidy to do this for us, we had to hire another web designer to transfer our site to an open platform, so that we could add and edit pages and content, which of course any business needs to do with their website. Need a simple landing page for a Google Adwords campaign? Extra charge! Need a new page for a new product or service you offer? Extra charge! What has prompted this review several years after doing business with Relidy is we recently offered them another opportunity to send us our original brochure files, filled with mostly our own imagery, so that we could make a few minor updates before reprinting them. Apparently, I was naive to think that their policies had changed in the ensuing years. Extra charge! To date, they have thus far refused to give us the original files that we paid for in full. They will tell you that this policy is an industry standard, but I assure you, it is not. No web or graphic designer that I have ever spoken to has this as a policy because it's essentially attempting to keep business by holding the client hostage. That's bad business and I highly urge you to run far away from these folks.

Once it was installed the sign is cut off at the bottom cutting part of the lettering off. Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed. I have also asked for a refund and am being ignored. So I am going to have to pay another company to fix what I already paid to have done. Horrible service. Not how you do business at all.

I do believe the larger size would have been a better idea than the smaller size I purchased. The team added some decking for additional storage space. As I moved to this community, where attic storage above garages is normal, from a community that did not have this standard construction design, this was a great way to increase my storage area relatively inexpensively. I do believe the cost of this product and installation is a little inflated (thus only 4 stars), but the value is definitely higher than the costs. This company does a very professional job, so if you need additional storage, which you can access quickly and safely - this is the product for you, and I recommend this company to install it for you.
