I recommend the Khader center to anyone considering nutritional counsel, support or advice. When I first went to see Dina, I was lethargic, inflamed and always had an upset stomach. With Dina's guidance, it was straightforward for me to make corrections and get on the path to pain free knees and an overall healthier lifestyle. Dina's expertise is astounding, I found her to be on the cutting edge compared to other nutritionists in the area. Anyone with special medical needs can feel confident under her guidance. The Center's staff are knowledgeable, informed and efficient. The Center stocks quality supplements at very competitive prices (usually less expensive than on line). Dina and her staff offer services in a judgement free zone. An essential component often lacking in the nutrition and wellness fields. The Khader Center's services are worth every penny. Dina helped me let go of some misconceptions about proper diets, so that I eat for enjoyment, vitality while meeting needs for fitness, endurance events and long workdays. I have been following the blood type diet since November, following a visit at Dina Khader's. The diet has worked tremendously. My weight is not fluctuating, and my belly is flatter than it has been in a long time. I feel great. I was impressed with Dina's office. The office is well staffed, and well stocked with supplements, etc. I have been back to the office multiple times to repurchase items, and have always found many other shoppers in the office as well. On the flip side, the recommended morning shakes are pretty vile. I have yet to find a way to mask the powdery taste. However, I have gone thru two canisters in different flavors because I do believe that the diet itself truly works. Additionally, I do not believe that the office is very helpful in filing insurance claims. These visits are not cheap and the office should understand that the more money I am reimbursed from my insurance carrier, the more likely I will be to return for further visits, testing, services. I would've given a 5 star rating if not for this point alone.
