Then tried to make another appointment, took 3 weeks to get one (as she either didn't respond or gave random dates/time and then would not follow up if that didn't work.) Finally had her confirm one and she canceled 5 mins before saying her nurse was sick (she has never used a nurse). Really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it really is just a scam. I have a known fear of needles so I had a lot of anxiety going into this. Luckily, Lisa has a wonderful staff that helped me through it all. To begin, numbing cream was applied in a spa like room. The room had a comforting feel to it. As the numbing cream set in, my fears started to go away. After the numbing cream fully set, I was taken into another room where the injections would be done. Lisa sat me in the chair with a big smile letting me know everything would be fine! She and her assistant, Fredricka handed me two squishy dinosaurs to squeeze during the injections.
