It was my fifth in my lifetime of trying to correct my congenital deformity of tuberous breasts but this time, also removing the implants that were now a serious hindrance to my health and well-being. Upon my first appointment with Dr. Chandler, I knew right away she was different and in the most amazing way. She always made herself available for my questions and even when a health complication threw things for a loop; it didn't phase her. She did her due diligence. When I asked for a better time to call so I could speak with staff, I was told that they don't answer the phone because they don't have enough staff to handle the calls and that I simply needed to leave a message and wait for a call back. I told her that I missed their call twice already because of that policy. Who does that in today's day and age? I think that they can afford for one person to pick up the phone when the phone rings so that patients can get information and schedule appointments. Not impressed. The Dr better be fabulous or will go elsewhere. Need Mohs surgery for skin cancer.
