Worst customer service and product I have ever encountered. bud Is always dry, under weight, bottom shelf. They tell you one hour delivery , the 2 hours later u have to call to get update when they say delivery guys is around the corner.. then over an hour later delivery guy calls saying he is 30-40 out! this has happen multi times with med guys and when delivery is as discribed the product sub par, dry, etc. We asked for some kind of discount for the incovenice of having to change our plans to wait extra 3+ hours more than time given. They said buy another 8th and they will give an little discount on that! lol not on the order in question, again poor customer service. I have ordered from them a couple of different times. No more. To begin with, the flower is dry. The label said it was harvested over 6 months ago. Lots of stuff on the menu, but everything except the expensive stuff is always sold out. The last order I made I was lied to. I was supposed to get a 10-gram pre-roll pack. I guess she just told me about pretend products because what I ordered is definitely not what I got. This company is the worst. They over charge for weed and they lie to you over the phone. On 4 occassions they told me they had a card reader so I could pay with my card and EVERYTIME they showed up they either didnt have it or it wasn't working. I get that most places take cash but they advertise the use of their credit card machine and I always ask before ordering. When they get there the say " I can wait until you go to the atm" . 1st what's the point of delivery 2nd. I could have went before they even came if they told me they would only take cash. Phone service is always friendly and professional, but prices are ridiculously high and continue to go up over time. Wait times are so long most of the time. I've gotten attitude from drivers in the past. Even had drivers try to refuse my money because it didn't look "new" enough for them. They always advertise for "deals" but it's still overpriced. This place just seems to take advantage of the fact that they're the only place that only takes ID without rec and delivers to your door. Med Guys really do need to get better organized. The new program is so confusing, it is not explained in correct detail. That delivery amount is not just a delivery fee, maybe list as service fee to make things less convoluted. I appreciate the time that Luke took to explain things, great communication and patience with my questions. My delivery drivers have always been great as well. With that being said, I am not so sure I will keep using Med Guys if this is the new way that your dispensary will be running business. Maybe I may change my mind once I see what your new Fire Club is going to be about. I have been using Med Guys for a couple of years, but have slowly given more and more of by business to MCEC. They are much more clear about what they are charging by breaking out taxes, delivery fee etc. They also tend to have more inventory to choose from. Also, its 4/20, your deals were alright...previous 4/20's there have been maybe a free pre roll or a small complimentary edible in the bag. This year .... nothing. I realize its rough times right now, I am out of a job myself because of Covid 19. Would it really hurt your business so much that you at the very least could throw a lil something extra for 4/20?
