Had a major surgery in September and ever since then have been in near constant pain. Sitting, laying down, getting up, nothing was comfortable. I saw some Youtube videos on lift chairs/electronic recliners and thought maybe one of them could help me get through my days. I also know I have more surgeries/procedures in the future. Found Bellevue Healthcare online and Bremerton was the closest one. Stopped in the next morning with a specific model I was hoping to check out. I believe it was Jorge, the branch manager that helped me. They had a similar model, and he was very helpful in showing me the features and letting me check out other options as well. Ultimately they didn't have the model I really wanted. Jorge checked the inventory at other locations and let me know they had the model I was interested in at their Sequim location and that he could bring it to Bremerton for me to check out the next day. I stopped in the next day and they let me just sit/lay in the chair for a good 20 minutes to make sure it met my needs. They gave me a nice little discount and were able to deliver the chair to me in Port Orchard as soon as the next day. Delivery was great, everything was set up, plugged in, and ready to go at no additional cost. The service from start to finish was top notch, and the chair has literally made my daily life bearable and comfortable. Thank you to the team at Bellevue Healthcare in Bremerton.

They won't accept return items. I call it padding the sales at the customer's expense. I been waiting for a new trach order to be filled since January 2023. I inquiry and they suddenly don't have me as a customer. They said call your local office. Their response: Oh we have been trying to get a hold of you with no response. The issue being they need my insurance information. Gee, I have been a customer since 2017 and they have billed my insurance without an issue. Now I don't exist in their world. I'm now going to drop them from my world. Stay away from this company.

Thought I had it taken care of, but then became a constant battle and they threatened to send me to a collection agency. I sent them the receipts from Tri Care and my receipts for payment, returned the CPAP machine and they left me alone. Now I have been told I need to stay on the machine, so decided to try again. I'm not on day 3, and still haven't got a call back. Every time it is something or somebody elses fault why they can't help....either a lady isn't there, or a form is missing. If any other business ran this way, they would go broke. IF YOU CAN AVOID LINCARE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO IT!

I have also used their travel service several times where an Oxygen concentrator and/or portable O2 bottles have been provided by Apria offices in other cities. Several years ago the national company tried to implement a single phone number for the entire organization. That made it almost impossible to contact a local branch. Now both the local and national numbers work and things are great. From talking with people in other cities and from looking at online reviews it seems that there are great differences between various locations. However, my experience with Apria- Silverdale as well as the national organization has been great.

They then told me I could ship it to a company to have it fixed at my expense ($225). My insurance paid for the machine. I told them that my machine was still under warranty. They said no it isn't. Ok... the warranty issue kept coming up. Anyway, they told me I had to wait six months due to supply chain issues. I talked with a respiratory therapist, she agreed that it was malfunctioning. Again, with the warranty business. So I waited the six months and nothing. Once again with the respiratory therapist. After a discussion, and on my part frustration, she hung up on me. These people continued to talk in circles and were unwilling to help in any way. Meanwhile my health was paying the price. We contacted our Health Provider customer service. She put us on the phone with Apria. After a long discussion and Apria finally admitting that the warranty hadn't expired, Apria said that I would have to wait another month. My customer service rep said that, "That's unacceptable." Apria then said that they would deliver the machine. Well that didn't happen. I ended up having to pick it up myself. A nice 57 mile drive. Nice huh?? Yeah so much for great customer service by Apria. Apria could care less about a persons health or well being. They are rude, talk in circles, don't accept responsibility, and the individual that is their "Respiratory Therapist" is absolutely horrible. If I could use another company I would. I let it be known to my Provider that Apria shouldn't be used at all. They are terrible.
