For many years, our weekly routine was to stop at Sam's Club for staples, then head straight to Jungle Jim's. We'd grab a beer, leisurely wander the aisles, pick up the rest of our grocery list, and almost always leave with a few unexpected treasures. Unfortunately, over the past several months we've noticed a steady decline in the overall shopping experience. Prices have increased noticeably, the quality and consistency of the produce department no longer seem to be what they once were, and many everyday grocery items have disappeared from the shelves. These aren't obscure products, but rather common items that many shoppers regularly purchase. After asking about the changes, a checkout clerk confirmed that Jungle Jim's is intentionally shifting away from being a traditional grocery store and focusing more heavily on its international market offerings. While we understand and respect that business decision, it no longer aligns with the reason we originally shopped there. What made Jungle Jim's special for us was the combination of unique international products and the ability to complete most of our regular grocery shopping in the same trip. As that balance has changed, we've found ourselves making additional stops elsewhere to find basic items, often at better prices. As a result, we've decided to move most of our grocery shopping back to Kroger. We'll still visit Jungle Jim's occasionally for specialty and international products, but sadly it is no longer our primary grocery destination. We sincerely hope management reconsiders the direction of the store, because we'd love to return to the Jungle Jim's experience that made us loyal customers for so many years.

This store is much cleaner and has wider isles. The food items in cans or boxes aren't all dented or out of date. The items in the dairy cooler have been rotated by dated. And the employees friendly. If I had a complaint it would be that many of the organic or better quality groceries that I found in Blue Ash or Harper's Point stores aren't available at this store. Whether it's the produce, meats or middle isles - I found less variety or options. Same with the craft beer selection. It's so small it's almost non existent.

I've moved back to the area and needed to stop in here today. It wasn't busy at all and I found what I needed quickly and was on my way. The inside of this store hasn't been remodeled in years and it shows. The parking lot is filthy. There's a lot of garbage and giant pot holes. And nearly every cart corral that I saw was busted. It's obvious that corporate has forgotten about this Walmart. It's a shame because the people in that area need that store and deserve it to be remodeled and the parking lot safe. It really feels like you can find just about anything you might need in a pinch. This is where I do most of my day to day grocery shopping. The produce section is consistently good and the vegetables are always fresh. I also end up stopping here for a lot of quick trips. Sometimes I'll run in for popcorn and candy for a movie night, or grab an easy dinner from the sushi counter and pick up a pint of ice cream to go with it. I will say the sushi is a bit overpriced for the portion size, and you'll probably get a better value at Jungle Jim's. That said, Kroger sometimes discounts the sushi later in the day, which can be a good option just less fresh. They also occasionally have a small discounted produce section with older vegetables marked down. It's a nice idea and I love the concept of reducing food waste, but the section is pretty small and not always stocked. I'd love to see that expanded. Parking can occasionally be a bit of a nightmare depending on the time of day, but other than that it's a really convenient store. My only other wish is that they stayed open later. Overall, it's a solid place for both weekly grocery runs and quick last minute stops.

They had a ton of stuff available, especially for being so late in the day. Everything was mostly stocked. There may have been a few items that they didn't restock yet but to be expected with how late I went. My shopping was quick and easy, and I love the variety and unique stuff that they always have. I also am so thankful with how patient the employees are since I never know where anything is lol! My cashier was super nice and talkative. We chatted about some of their products and it was great to chat and learn more about the cool stuff that they have. Today (most likely my last time shopping here) I witnessed a manager with 3 staff members in store. 3 well abled employees were stocking whilst a poor little old lady was left alone to run the ONLY checkout lane available. The line grew to 8 people behind me and the manager just puts her head down and walks in and out of the office. MAAM you will not need to stock anything when people stop coming to wait in line for 30 minutes. If y'all are hiring, I know a couple outstanding managers that may help you out!
