This Kroger is so much better than the Kroger that I have been shopping at for decades. The Hunt Rd. store in Blue Ash has gone down hill substantially in the last few years. This store is much cleaner and has wider isles. The food items in cans or boxes aren't all dented or out of date. The items in the dairy cooler have been rotated by dated. And the employees friendly. If I had a complaint it would be that many of the organic or better quality groceries that I found in Blue Ash or Harper's Point stores aren't available at this store. Whether it's the produce, meats or middle isles - I found less variety or options. Same with the craft beer selection. It's so small it's almost non existent. read more

In comparison to my regular Blue Ash (Hunt Rd) Kroger,this Mt. Orab store is outstanding! While I do not use the pharmacy regularly, I have never had an issue with a call ahead pick up. Deli area is well staffed and employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and great produce department. While the checkout lines can be long in the summer and close to holidays, I always use self checkout. The employees are helpful and quick to respond for issues. My favorite Kroger in greater Cincy area. read more

Went inside to grab a few things; it's been a couple years since I've been in the store; I located lexy working in the pharmacy area. She was very helpful and directed me to the aisle I needed to find my face wash; aisle 69! The store was clean and well stocked and lexy was great! read more

This is a really nice Kroger Marketplace! I was surprised! It is far nicer than the one in Amelia or the lesser Krogers in Eastgate and Cherry Grove. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was super organized and clean, even the clothing section. There is a Starbucks, Rapid Fire Pizza, and Murrays Cheese inside. They had a really great selection of seasonal live plants outside and a really nice florist inside. It took me a little bit to figure out where everything was in this particular store, but I found everything I was looking for plus some extra! The only downside here was that the parking lot was pretty crazy, even during the middle of the day on a weekday. read more

I want to recognize Two of your emplyees. Blake Holman and Ben. (last name ? ). I was wanting to purchase an item in the kitchen ware dept. These little plates or saucers were a set but had no price and they were the last ones. I had picked up a matching platter in last chance aisle. WARNING!!!! We have shopped krogers for years and have lately that there is a newer way to ripe off the customer, for example we purchased so bing cherries from the produce and they were about 2.5 lbs.and the sign at the stand was pricing them for $3.97 a lb.. So at the registar they rang up a total $13.85 and not the $3.97 a lb., so what you have to have is a digital coupon off of your smart phone which I am not going to download, and scan it at time of transaction. So now all the people who do not have a smart phone or those who cannot read the very small print at the bottom of your sale sign. and I mean small, they get to the register and really don't realize they just overpayed for the purchase. This is not only Mt. Orab that is doing this and the store is loaded with this type of sales tactic, a letter of complaint to the State Attorney generals office and would recommend all who have encountered the same to do the same! I have tried for the past two days to get three prescriptions called in for a refill. One day, I was put on hold for over 30 mins, than hung up on. I tried back, and the phone just rang. I tried calling from work, was on hold over 20 mins twice and still didn't get a hold of anyone. I've tried different times of the day, and it did not seem to matter. Generally speaking, Kroger in Mt. Orab is one of the best grocery stores in Ohio. Excellent selection. Being out in Mt. Orab, it's almost never crazy chaotic like the stores are in the city. And the overall quality of produce, meats, and prepared foods is top notch. My only complaint is with the Click List folks. Dropped the ball big time last night. 90 minutes after my order was supposed to be done I ended up cancelling it when they advised me upon arrival it would be another hour until it's ready, after I drove 30 minutes to pick it up. They offered nothing to make it right and even charged my credit card for my order, which can't be undone for 24-48 hours? All-in, the entire debacle cost me my entire Sunday, I finished with no groceries, and had no recourse to fix the issue. This won't be a deal breaker for me to go to Kroger in Mt. Orab again. But it definitely stung and the only reason I'm not swearing is because I've shopped there for years and this was my very first bad experience. The were 5 stars until this experience. read more

Penny L. Kroger Co. as a two-three times a week shopper I have spent a lot of money in your Mt. Orab Ohio store over the last 6 years. That very well maybe over and done with as of last night. The Pharmacy is a complete failure!! I had been to my Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a MOLAR extraction. 30 min. prior. I drove quickly to the Kroger Pharmacy to fill my Pain Meds 5:30 I dropped off the order and was told it would be an hour wait. WHAT!! I joked an said "Do You Know How Much Money I Can Spend in Kroger riding around in my handy cap scooter for an hour"! After an hour I ask if my meds. were ready and was told it would take another 20 min. That two of my three meds. had been filled but they were working on my PAIN meds. still. I return to the counter 20 mins. later and was told the PAIN meds. still were NOT ready. In-total it took them 2 hours to complete my order. I had ONLY two pills in the script to cover me for the days of healing that it would take. Using a combo of Motrin and Tylenol first BUT I and had to immediately take one of the PAIN pills! Because the local anesthetic had worn off! I went home with one pain pill. My O.S requires another exam to give anymore pain meds. COMPLETE FAILURE on the Pharmacy end. NEVER GO THERE!!! I felt sorry for the lady waiting the same amount of time I did for her PAIN meds. who just came from her EYE Doctor complete with her freshly bandage eye! Good God HIRE some employees!! You have lost my business at the Pharmacy! Never again!! read more

Horrible pharmacy, medicines take forever to be filled, they lie to you up and down and then tell you the manager is on vacation when you ask to speak to them (whom I called later in the day and was informed never goes on vacation). Typical Kroger Marketplace store...but with it being the only thing of it's size and variety for miles, it's always packed. You would have to go to Amelia, Eastgate, Hillsboro, or Wilmington to find some of the things that this store carries now. It's something that Mt. Orab definitely needed... read more

I didn't know how I would feel about the location move because I don't like change but the new krogers (now that I know where things are) is great. I will never again shop Mt. Orab kroger. My car battery was dead so I went to customer service and asked a MANAGER if there was anyone who could give me a jump. Without even asking anyone of the employees she said no but she could call the police. I could see if they were super busy but this was at one in the afternoon on a Tuesday. This Kroger is quite large. It has everything from food to clothing. It is pretty much the only store in Mount Orab for such things and has the market cornered. The food is fresh and they have a large selection. Only issue is the clothing and household products are of poor quality and over priced. You have to wait on a sell to buy these items and check them carefully. Even then the products may not make it through a wash or electronics may not work. Exchanges are easy if you have the receipt and the item is unused. read more

I LOVE this Kroger and wouldn't shop anywhere else. The staff actually acts like they appreciate your business and will drop anything they are doing to search for a product for you. I bought over $2000.00 in on-sale products (Kroger Card) last year and saved hundreds on gasoline subsidy. I have been using click list since January and am very pleased. Selection has been good quality and service very good as well. Meat and produce very good quality. Compared to Walmart on line order duplicating my orders from Kroger on approximate $100.00 Kroger was about $4.00 less on my selections. Web Sight is intuitive and easy to Navigate and selection is huge. I drive 14 miles from Batavia. Yelp shows me in Kansas, moved here in December. read more
