I really couldn't ask for any better care from a medical professional. I don't always plan in advance for a doctors visit. My need to see someone is when I can't get over an ailment at home on my own or with over the counter medications. But, to be able to see a physician on the same day as my call to the office is rare. I was told by the receptionist that the office was booked and I would need a cancellation and would have to be notified. As the day went on without a call, I was in bed trying to catch up on greatly needed sleep, I received a direct call from my doctor and she said that she just caught up with the message from me and wanted me to come in as soon as possible. I was so thankful to be able to get help that day. I was able to receive the prescription medications on my way home from the office visit. I am already starting to feel better and have less anxiety and concerns about my condition at this time. read more

I couldn't be seen by my PCP and my friend recommended I go to Rachel for a Vitamin IV. It was 4:30 (end of the day) and I have asthma that was getting worse. She stayed late to see me immediately and also did a full exam.
