I really couldn't ask for any better care from a medical professional. I don't always plan in advance for a doctors visit. My need to see someone is when I can't get over an ailment at home on my own or with over the counter medications. But, to be able to see a physician on the same day as my call to the office is rare. I was told by the receptionist that the office was booked and I would need a cancellation and would have to be notified. As the day went on without a call, I was in bed trying to catch up on greatly needed sleep, I received a direct call from my doctor and she said that she just caught up with the message from me and wanted me to come in as soon as possible. I was so thankful to be able to get help that day. I was able to receive the prescription medications on my way home from the office visit. I am already starting to feel better and have less anxiety and concerns about my condition at this time. read more

Rachel Lethorn is what's missing from PCPs today! A personal approach to medical care. She's holistic and traditional medicine focused. I couldn't be seen by my PCP and my friend recommended I go to Rachel for a Vitamin IV. It was 4:30 (end of the day) and I have asthma that was getting worse. She stayed late to see me immediately and also did a full exam. She listened to my lungs and not only gave me the Vitamin IV but also prescribed an antibiotic and suggested a nebulizer vs. just my standard inhaler so I didn't have to go to the emergency room and I could start to getting better right away. She was so caring and checked in with me the next day to be sure I was ok! read more

Rachel is very caring. With my knee pain I went to urgent care and a orthopedic surgeon and both did not do an examination. They took an xray and said it's badly bruised so just walk it off it will eventually get better. I decided to go to Rachel and she did a complete exam of my knee, and ordered xrays and had me begin physical therapy. Rachael had me come back for a follow up after two weeks of physical therapy to see how my knee was doing. Rachel is trying to get a MRI for me now because my knee isn't better. Thank you Rachel. read more

Rachel is my favorite, and I will go no where else! I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder area, and due to a cancellation, I was able to get a same day appointment. Rachel was able to release the muscles to give me some immediate relief. She even called me that evening to find out how I was feeling. Rachel is professional, considerate, kind, caring, and respectful. I try to live a more natural lifestyle, and she respects my views and tries to find natural remedies for me. I highly recommend Rachel Lethorn! read more

I am truly grateful for the existence of a medical establishment that prioritizes wellness over mere symptom relief. In a world where many healthcare providers often focus on treating symptoms without addressing the underlying causes, it is refreshing to encounter a facility dedicated to holistic health. This commitment to wellness not only enhances the quality of life for patients but also fosters a deeper understanding of health that encompasses physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I absolutely support their mission. read more
