The Dr's here are all super nice, And the P.A.;s are quick with paperwork needed to process orders faster.

I was referred to this place because the side of my knee causes me pain and the pain travels to my hip. Before seeing a physician, I was sent into xray. I can not stand but for about 30 seconds at a time, for I have a spine injury. This was not taken into consideration as I was being x-rayed. I was in considerable pain by the time I left x-ray and was taken to a room. Where I was seen by a PA-C Physician Assistant who proceeded to move my knee and leg to the point of tears. When the PA-C was finished, he left the room. A few minutes later a doctor : whose name I do not know, for he never introduced himself - came into the room to tell me that he seen no arthritis in my hip and since I won't do physical therapy theres nothing he can do for me and was out the door before I could say anything. The PA-C came back into the room a little time after that, to tell me he was going to give me a cortisone, which if my knee is a muscle problem the medicine would help, if it does not help that would be useful to tell the next specialist I was going to see. A young male nurse came in with a tablet for me to sign, I would not sign without reading what I was signing -which seemed to irrate the nurse. As I was reading the PA-C started jabbing the tip of the shot into the very painful spot on the side of my knee. As I was signing the tablet, the nurse whiched over and checked another box on the tablet and then took the tablet from me. I was then sprayed with a liquid that was running down onto my foot and before the nurse could wipe any of it up, the PA-C gave me the shot. Both then left. I had no time to ask about why the cortisone box was not checked on the tablet and what medicine was that the two boxes were checked. By this time I was in complete agony and in no way could deal with the rude front office. I was taken home and right away my husband called to have a copy of what I had signed on the tablet sent to me. After over a dozen calls, he finally received a link for me to sign up to see my records there. Of course the copy of what we wanted was no where to be found in my records. I also feel that they took what I said and formed it into their words, changing the meaning of what was said. If you are referred here, I highly recommend that you do a lot of research on the place before going there. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! BILLING SCAMS! Shady and deceptive billing practices. Will send you bills years later for services rendered claiming BS like co-insurance (i dont have co-insurance) and then magically "we don't accept Medicaid" and we don't have record of you having Medicaid. These people will scam more money out of you and try to ruin your lives over it. They were made well aware of my insurance at the time of my first visit, but the office and its surgeons only care about how much money they can milk out of people. I hope these surgeons and their shady billing department is investigated and shut down. read more

The BEST in care and rehab. Not only is the staff organized and medically recognized - Google Dr. Farjo! They are also kind and upbeat. I've never, ever had a negative experience here. Try their office for physical therapy too! I didn't even know they had a PT practice until a year after being a patient there. Super friendly and medically excellent. read more

Used ultrasound to find area for steroid injection and still couldn't get it right. Only thing I can figure is that they wanted to do surgery. It pays more than injections? read more

I would give ZERO, but it's not an option. I went in for my one year follow up on knee replacement. I was advised at checkin that they have a new software system, gave me an ipad to update my records. No, it wasn't to "update". They were asking me to enter all my medical history, family history, EVERYTHING. I didn't enter alot of the history because I wasn't thrilled with the office to start with, appt times are never kept, and didn't plan on returning after this follow up. The Physical Therapy side is AWESOME - no complaints with them. They took me back, took xrays and asked me about my past surgeries. I told her it was irrelevant to this appt and I didn't take the time to enter. She took me back to a room. Another staff person came in and said they cannot see me if I don't enter all the information. They offered me the option to reschedule so it would give me more time to enter information into THEIR system. I asked if I left now, would I be charged for an appt...I was told no. So, I left - not going back. Can someone please tell me (1) why a medical practice that large wouldn't export/import data instead of pushing the job on to the patient; and (2) How in the heck is my dead mother's cancer diagnosis pertinent to my knee replacement follow up? Their office procedures shouldn't negatively impact the patients. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!! read more

This office is very efficient. I sat in the waiting room for five minutes all three times was there. The X-ray techs were knowledgeable and swift in the execution. My Doctor, Dr. Caid, was very thorough and explained everything to me. He provided all options and did not influence my decision. Highly recommended. read more

I've been really happy with my care at AOS. I received surgery on my shoulder in April 2022 and have had follow up visits and PT through their office as well. Top notch professional care. They run a tight ship and are on top of everything. They have been communicative and informative about my options. I appreciate that I haven't really been 'steered' one way or another, but just provided info and opportunity to ask questions. The billing and insurance part of my care have also been very well managed. Dr. Farjo and his staff and awesome. Extra shout out to the PT staff ... I have made a wonderful recovery thanks to them! read more

They got us in on short notice. Chris Stuart, PA did an excellent job in treating a swollen knee. He was very competent and provided great treatment. Office staff a little on edge and not too friendly. An excellent result because of Mr. Stuart. read more

Horrible place. Waited for over an hour and a half. Only trying to get people's money with quantity not quality services. Only one person allowed with patience due to "COVID". Waited a half hour for an X-ray that was unnecessary. We were told its standard practice even though we had one a week ago. Stay away from this place. read more

First off, I felt like they were only concerned with pushing you through fast, instead of trying to help you. And you only get to see a PA, they they charge you as if you saw a real doctor. After giving me a WRONG diagnosis and having to spend a lot of money on PT, they made me come in again and pay for an office visit so they could charge me more money and tell me "we don't know what is wrong, you need an MRI". So now I've spent thousands to be told "I don't know". Great. Oh, and they don't return phone calls. I'm.... why would anyone want to go here? Go somewhere that cares about more than just stuffing their wallets with your money. read more

I have been seen in this office for both knee and shoulder injuries. In all my experiences through the years that staff, and doctors have always provided me with outstanding service. I have had surgery on both of my knees over a span of 4 years and Dr. Mihalich has been great. After surgery I went to PT in their office, Nicole was amazing. I was really struggling getting back on my feet after my surgery. She was personable, professional and encouraging. I injured my shoulder when I fell on my crutches after my last knee surgery. I am going to AOS for my treatment and my Physical therapy. read more

The first inkling I had that this was a money grab business was when I received a text requesting me to complete a survey regarding my appointment when I had not even been to them yet. In the week leading up to my appointment I received 4-5 texts reminding me of my appointment (once is fine). I rounded up discs with MRI, Cat-scan and recent x-rays to bring to my first appointment but they said they could not read any of them. They asked me to fill out new patient paperwork when they had already sent me a pack to fill out and I had with me. Hey! How about asking the patient if they had them. They pressured me to sign a form stating I would not get narcotics from them if I was receiving them from another source even when I told them I would never want narcotics from them. All these events with the 3 people I interacted with were accompanied by rude behavior such as cutting me off several times as I was speaking with them. When I handed the woman the reports from my previous tests she glanced at the top page and said she wanted nothing from an emergency department and shoved them back at me. I said no these are the MRI and Cat-scan reports that go with the CDs. As I reached for my glasses to read and explain the ER title at top (it was the ending of the previous page and had nothing to do with the reports), she argued at me again cutting me off. When she finished, I was able to finally tell her that these are the reports they had asked me to bring. She then took them. I told them I still wanted to speak with the Dr. without having more x-rays right then they said no. I said I will reschedule and try to get different CD's that they could use because I had driven an hour to get there and the x-rays I had were only 2-3 weeks old so please I would like to see Dr. The insanely rude behavior continued. I left the exam room without seeing the Dr. and went to the desk to try to find out what kind of copies of MRI etc that they could use. The woman checking me out was the only professional person I encountered there. By this time I just wanted to leave period. I did not ask anything else or reschedule as I would be crazy to head back there. So uncompassionate to a 70 yo granny. Bad place. Why treat patients so badly? read more

They were more concerned about me buying the brace from them than they were my health. After paying for the brace and my visit, I find out they say I have an balance due but had already sent it to a collection agency without informing me. I received one bill and that was when I found out it too late to pay them. I contacted my insurance company and they had never been billed for my visit and confirmed that I would have been covered. I would never roccomend this place to anyone. read more

Love the Drs, but the patient portal is a useless JOKE. They don't have your PT in it, they don't have your MRI in it, and you have to fill out medical release forms to get them for any claims. Doctor's portal note didn't even mention ordering an MRI. When I called the office and was told to fill out medical release form, they said to either fax it, mail it, or bring it. I can't even scan it in and email it to them. Seriously? Why do you have a patient portal you can't DO anything with?? Who has a house phone and fax?? and who has stamps? This is 2018, not 1992, I think it's time the portal catches up. Sorry, nobody has time for this. Very disappointing. read more
