I was referred to this place because the side of my knee causes me pain and the pain travels to my…read morehip. Before seeing a physician, I was sent into xray. I can not stand but for about 30 seconds at a time, for I have a spine injury. This was not taken into consideration as I was being x-rayed. I was in considerable pain by the time I left x-ray and was taken to a room. Where I was seen by a PA-C Physician Assistant who proceeded to move my knee and leg to the point of tears. When the PA-C was finished, he left the room. A few minutes later a doctor : whose name I do not know, for he never introduced himself - came into the room to tell me that he seen no arthritis in my hip and since I won't do physical therapy theres nothing he can do for me and was out the door before I could say anything. The PA-C came back into the room a little time after that, to tell me he was going to give me a cortisone, which if my knee is a muscle problem the medicine would help, if it does not help that would be useful to tell the next specialist I was going to see. A young male nurse came in with a tablet for me to sign, I would not sign without reading what I was signing -which seemed to irrate the nurse. As I was reading the PA-C started jabbing the tip of the shot into the very painful spot on the side of my knee. As I was signing the tablet, the nurse whiched over and checked another box on the tablet and then took the tablet from me. I was then sprayed with a liquid that was running down onto my foot and before the nurse could wipe any of it up, the PA-C gave me the shot. Both then left. I had no time to ask about why the cortisone box was not checked on the tablet and what medicine was that the two boxes were checked. By this time I was in complete agony and in no way could deal with the rude front office. I was taken home and right away my husband called to have a copy of what I had signed on the tablet sent to me. After over a dozen calls, he finally received a link for me to sign up to see my records there. Of course the copy of what we wanted was no where to be found in my records. I also feel that they took what I said and formed it into their words, changing the meaning of what was said. If you are referred here, I highly recommend that you do a lot of research on the place before going there.

Before I met them, I would wake up in the morning and say to myself, "Right now I'm no pain; should I get up and risk severe pain or just lay here as I am? " Each day I had to fight overall body pain in my back, hips, and thighs. It would radiate all the way down to my feet. I never knew what the day would bring and the amount of pain I would be in. When I bent over it took over five seconds to raise myself from my hips to full standing because of the intense pain. Resting wasn't the answer either because sitting aggravated my pain too. When I went to Probility, they gave me a plan to wake up the "sleeping" muscles" to lessen the over worked ones. I followed there exercise regime and it took all the pain away. I live with no pain; I wake up with no pain and I am back to my old self again. Thank you guys. I am so happy I met you all. God Blessing to each of you.

I was feeling pretty hopeless when I started PT with Jaclyn. I was on crutches and felt like I'd…read morenever walk again because of a fractured fibula, sprained ankle and who know what was wrong with my knee. Jaclyn gently worked with me, teaching me and guiding me in exercises that would gradually strengthen and stretch my damaged muscles and joints. She was positive and kept me on track for recovery. After about 17 visits, I was walking normally and was delighted how far I had come. As I concluded the therapy, Jaclyn sent me with the exercises I could use to continue to a full recovery. He helped me manage the complication (cyclop's lesion) and I'm almost 100% better now. I've talked to many people during physical therapy sessions and both the patients and the therapists highly recommend him for having the best outcomes. Who better to trust? I appreciate that he believes in starting conservatively with treatments before going to more invasive solutions. His office staff and PA were very helpful and friendly as well.
