I do not recommend this clinic! I was a patient of Medspa Mt Dora for laser hair removal, about half way done of my treatment I was not noticing positive improvement which I mentioned it first to my specialist Dianne Garcia and she went to talk with Tori Ortiz (manager), Tori came to talk to me and said that my hairs were "peach fuss" and that laser was not able to get rid of peach fuss completely. After that, I told Dianne to set up on higher setting the laser, she told me she did set up as higher setting was able to do, and that "we will see from there until the end of the treatment if gets better". while continuing with the laser sessions every month I was expecting almost not see hairs anymore but I kept seeing not improvements and my hairs were still growing, I kept mentioning to Dianne every session about this. I finished the treatment in October, and since then my hairs kept growing as before. I went back in a week ago to talk to the manager/clinic to see how we could fix this because I paid for a treatment that didn't work. So, I went to show them how the laser didn't work and my "peach fuss hair" were not peach fuss but still hairs growing same as before the laser. I was only able to talk with front desk- Zoey, she told us was going to talk with the head people and they will contact me later that same day. I called 3 days later because nobody contacted me and Zoey transferred me to a voicemail, I left a message and nobody returned my call. After a week nobody called me, clearly they don't care about us - the costumers -that paid for a treatment didn't work. I want to mention as well Dianne was always nice and give a good costumer service every time but in the contrary Tory Ortiz seemed not to care with she came talk to me once for my concerns. Even I mentioned both Dianne and Tori that I do have experience with this Laser Hair Removal treatments, I used to go Ideal Image in Altamonte Springs for this same treatment and after even 2-3 sessions I saw huge improvement on the areas I was being treated on, after 2 years I finished my treatment there and still hair not growing. Which here in Medspa Mt Dora just a few days after I finished the treatment, hair is still growing as normal and as before the treatment. Do NOT waste your money here. I decided to try Medspa Mt Dora because is closer to my home and less painful, well WORST DECISION! I will go back to my previous clinic and endure the pain and over one hour distance one way for me. if you are investing in yourself then do it with a really professional clinic and with a Laser Hair Removal treatment actually works. read more

If you're looking for quality results go elsewhere. They have a high turn over rate due to poor management and not knowing how to run a successful business along with trying to do it all, without the proper training for staff. I went to one of their events and ended up winning 24 units of Botox. I got a lip flip and Botox in between my eyebrows, and I absolutely love the results. before getting the procedure I talked to the aesthetician. I was going to have do the procedure on me and she answered all of my questions and made me feel safe and secure, knowing she would be administering the Botox. I love the results and I had no side effects. No bad reactions and it looked natural. I didn't look like I had gotten any work done. I'd say the Botox lasted me 3 to 6 months. The lip flip went away quicker than the Botox in between the eyebrows. I will be coming back here in the future. read more

The only thing I can judge is their treatment for underarms. I thought I would treat myself to their procedure and see if I coulf get my arms more toned, but this was a total waste of money. $1,700 down the drain. The sad thing is that I think they knew it didn't work well on arms but went ahead with the treatment anyway. My gals who treated me were delightful, but said they did not really have much luck treating arms. So I think it is a treatment that should not really be sold. I have to say i was very pleased at first with this place. I had botox done and now i wished i hadn't, i had 30 units done in my forehead which always worked for me. IT LITERALLY DID NOTHING AT ALL!! i am so disappointed!! I called back and management was nice, but of course its on me cause "30 units are not alot and im suprised it did anything' was the answer I got and "we can charge you again and put more"...umm how about no!! i have total and complete movement of my forehead and absolutely nothing changed!! They have an amazing staff. The prices are too outrageous though! I went in for a follow up...and while I was there I ask for Amoxicillin for this sinus infection. I was there for 30 minutes. They charged me $171!!! I later called and told them I'm going to find another Dr. Who can afford this? She told me she understands and that the prices are going up next year! All I can say is the prices and service is amazing! When you get there for your appointment, they don't keep you waiting. I have been going there quite a while for electrolysis. Janice that does the electrolysis is incredible. She runs circles around the other technicians that I have used in the past. She is super fast, and does a fantastic job. There is not another electrologist like her within 100 miles. The clinic is super clean, has a super, friendly, helpful staff, that actually call and check on you after your procedures. I couldn't believe that they actually cared enough to call the next day and check on me. Management there is incredible, and are willing to price match, and do whatever it takes to earn your business. They do laser hair removal, and offer a ton of other services as well, and were willing to match a price that I was getting somewhere else! Driving all the way to Orlando for a service? Don't!
