Kelly was patient with my questions when I called to get information. She made me feel at ease that I would be able to get the supplies I needed the same day. Kelly gave excellent directions and there is more than adequate parking. When I arrive Kelly greeted me and showed me the items that she recommended. Kelly was very knowledgeable and just friendly, warm, and caring. I was able to get the items I needed. I was impressed with the variety of items in the store and I even found other items that I could use to help me manage my health. The prices were reasonable and Kelly encouraged me to call or come back if I had any questions or concerns. As a bonus, Kelly recommended some wonderful spots for dinner and places to hang out while visiting. Every place she recommended was on point! Had to call back several times to get an update. 3 weeks later they said oh they were delivered on this date. Go to the post office and make a claim. They were rude indifferent and could care less. They steered me to a Resvent and now I fnally got the story that the company was using these machines in time to get through all the recalls. Its like they seem bothered by my presence. The first year they never told me I needed to download data to my doctor annually to renew supplies. They thought I should know this. As I said, everyone in Foley has never been customer service friendly. Finally on Tuesday, August 5, I went to have my chip for machine to be downloaded as my annual doctor's appointment is Thursday. They informed me they did not nor ever had the software to download from this machine. I informed them they have done this for the last two years. They argued and said they never had the software. I again shared they had the software as they downloaded data the previous two years. I told them I felt like I was in The Twilight Zone. They basically told me there is nothing they could do.
