I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this because I always choose places with the best reviews. I went to Dr. C Vision Care for a glasses and contacts appointment. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The appointment itself was fine. Afterward, I bought lenses, frames and a year's worth of contacts totaling over $900. Unfortunately, I had to go back and forth 3 different times to pick up my new glasses because they were made wrong 3 times, and I still am not happy with the result they left me with as the lens is loose in my frame. The first time my lenses were made with transitions. They sent them back. The second time I went to pick them up, the left lens was too big for my frame, but she heated my frames, bent them and put the lens in anyways- bending/expanding my frame in the process. They let me leave with lopsided glasses until I looked at them in the car and had to go back in to show her. She did not offer to give me new frames even though she had just bent my original ones. I had to show her how they were warped and had to ask her to get me new ones. The third time I went back to pick my frames and lenses up, they cut my lens down too far to where my lens wiggles within my frame and moves if I touch it. I asked if I could get a new lens that was laser cut to fit my frames and was denied. I was told if my lens falls out, then I will be able to go back and get a new lens made. But I am stuck with a loose lens in my frames and a possibility of it falling out. I have never had this problem in my 15 years of wearing glasses and have never had an optometrist give me a pair of glasses where the lenses are loose and move around. I have also never had an optometrist that does not pay attention to detail that they would bend my frames and let me leave with lopsided frames as if they were perfect. I am so disappointed and will not be returning. I strongly urge you to do your due diligence when choosing a new optometrist. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. read more
