Shades Sunglasses and Casual Apparel located in The Wharf in Orange Beach, AL is a far more cool…read morespot than I expected it to be. I knew people that had started working there so I had to make a visit and check it out. They have a LOT of merchandise here with most things you might need for your beach experience. They have all the top brands of sunglasses (as you might expect from the name) along with clothing, footwear and often dogs to play with. They also offer complimentary adult beverages for shoppers which a growing number of Wharf locations seem to be getting into that trend. I've heard people describe this location as a cool spot but it does trend on the expensive side. They did have a good sale selection though during my visit so you can still get some nice deals here.

You would think that a company would at least send you an email or give you a call if they're going to not call you for a phone interview, but that apparently did not happen. Wonderful and BETTER-THAN-PERFECT SERVICE! I have been a happy Fitting Designs patient for over 7…read moreyears. Not only am I their patient, but I am also a physician. I have been pleased to send my patients to Fitting Designs for their needed medical devices. Fitting Designs is under new ownership at a new location and has all new employees. Both of the prior owners gave me very good service and the new owner and workers are EVEN BETTER--they are delightful! The new location is very nice and twice as large, and they invested in a huge increase in their inventory. Their #1 most important service for me is that they bill insurance companies for patients. This enables me to pay only my 20% co-pay to Fitting Designs. Most importantly, I don't have to mess with my insurer at all (with their myriad forms and procedures and denials and appeals). Other medical supply companies I previously phoned offered only to order my items at full price - without billing my insurer. If I bought from those companies (not Fitting Designs), I would then be totally on my own in filing a claim with my insurer [Tricare] to reimburse their 80% share of what I would have paid. For me, avoiding the hassle of filing was the key, and I am very grateful for Fitting Designs' fabulous service. I use compression stockings after my deep vein thrombosis. I have ordered stockings 2-4 times per year for 7 years, and I received perfect service every time. Previously, Fitting Designs had almost no inventory of stockings, which wasn't a problem for me [I did not mind ordering them, as they always arrived within 2 working days]. Now, they have all of the most commonly prescribed compression stockings in multiple brands. I highly recommend Fitting Designs for compression stockings, and I would surmise that their other services [for breast prosthesis devices, etc.] are just as wonderful. My review was not solicited. I did not receive anything for my sincere review of Fitting Designs. My only motive is that the new Fitting Designs stays in business for me and my patients. M. Pesqueira, M.D.

I called multiple stores, and this was the only one that answered with a friendly voice, ready to answer all of my questions on what this would take to make it happen.
